It's an incredibly well stocked store with a very wide variety of hobby supplies. From radio controlled cars and planes, to plastic model kit, to gaming accessories. I couldn't think of anything this place didn't have. The staff were very friendly as well. I could happily stay engaged in conversation for hours with them. In the end, I left with a fairly hard to find model kit that I've only ever seen online.

The owner(I believe) was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was a large selection of gundams and other D&D style games. They have nights that are scheduled to play these games and have several huge tables to play on. The most impressive thing was the selection of paints, Tamiya and Valero, and model tools. Where we live near Nashville, there are not any hobby shops. It was great to stock up on some paints and supplies I needed, to put hands on product, not on a keyboard. If possible PLEASE stop in and support this local business, because it really is great to have a physical location to touch and browse actual product.

First the entrance is in the BACK of the store so when you turn the corner, parking is behind the store/houses sharing a lot with a garage. There are signs showing you where to go, just be aware these are for the shop, not the garage. You enter in the back of the store with the sale items then enter the main store with car, plane and model trains. They dont have the best/most selection I've ever seen but they do have a good stock that if you look close, you might find a gem. There were plenty of paints and supplies we found and it reminded me of old school train stores I frequented with my grandfather. Store owner was pleasant, asking if we needed anything before going back to his conversation with another patron. We did eventually find the gundams but were disappointed to see he only had 5 base models in stock. Overall a nice business but with strange hours and parking situation it can be hard to find/get in. More for the model train/car enthusiast but worth a stop if you're near by.

They have an amazing selection of trains, including all different gauges, also miniature buildings, animals, people and everything else for your trains set. They also have a display with several trains set up with buttons for people to try to see what lights up or makes sound. I watched another customer get three packs no problem, but when I asked for the same, I was told the exception was only because they "knew him" and the cards were for his kids (that apparently doesn't matter if they are there or not) to quote what I heard a worker say one-time "doesn't matter if you bring your friends or family and they are there it's still limited to one per person." The next day? The rule was suddenly back in full force for everyone else. So if you enjoy selective policies and a little favoritism with your purchase, this is the place. Otherwise, don't expect fairness -- just a reminder that you're not part of the inner circle.

However, if you're new to a hobby, have questions, or are hoping for a knowledgeable and engaging conversation, this is not the place to go. The staff come across as disengaged and uninterested in helping customers. Interactions feel transactional at best--once the purchase is complete, they quickly disappear into the back room. There's little to no effort to build rapport, offer guidance, or provide a welcoming environment. What's even more frustrating is that even basic questions over the phone are often met with vague or unclear responses. For a specialty hobby store, you would expect a higher level of product knowledge and customer support. It's extremely frustrating to spend any amount of money--especially significant amounts--with a business and not receive a basic level of customer service. The owner of this location should seriously evaluate both their hiring practices and overall customer service approach. So there's both good and bad here…read more The good is the selection is massive. Is floor to ceiling of collectibles. The bad is the place is a disaster. Nothing is organized, a lot of stuff is broken and all over the floor so you trip over it. The owner checks eBay daily and bases his prices off that, so nothing I is the same price two days in a row unless it's actually been tagged and he rips people off if you're not careful. Don't get me wrong, it's a neat place just be smart of you are going to buy something.
