So after while I agreed and ordered another backpack from this company, paid a LOT! That was huge mistake. On Friday I got email that backpack was shipped. It was 2 days after I ordered the second one. I hoped that everything will be ok this second time. BIG MISTAKE! After 3 days from this shipping email I took a look and there was written that only label was created. UPS is still waiting for the item. I was trying to call them, message them. Resolution? They don't know where the package is. It is probably stucked in their distribution center. They need 5 bussines days to find it and if they won't then I have to contact them AGAIN to get it resolved. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I GOT!!! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Two weeks later, they are back in stock and ready to ship. We'll the backpack shipped in a day. The lunchbag was being monogrammed. So 3 days later, it still said ready to ship. I received the backpack yesterday and went to check to see if the lunchbag was shipped. NOPE.It is now again backordered, and they took the money out of my account. They gave my son's lunchbag away to someone else after stating it was about to be shipped 4 days ago. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Then after I called to rip someone a new one, amazingly they will be in stock again. They sent UPS a shipping label notice that came to my email and refunded then did another pending payment on my account. You gave my son's lunchbag away and I have included the screenshots. I have had multiple problems with Cropwell Pharmacy. They keep telling me the doctor never called to refill a scrip, when I know from the 26 years I've been dealing with my doctors, that's incorrect. The problem has been ongoing. Today was the final straw... I called the pharmacy twice in the last few days to find out if my warfarin refill was there. The doctor had given me only 40, since I needed my INR levels checked first. That was done Tuesday. When I specifically asked if the ENTIRE script was there, I was told yes. Fast forward to today when I went in and discovered it was NOT the entire script, it was only forty. When I started questioning them about the wrong information I was given, I was told I was abusing the employees. I did not curse or swear, I questioned why they got it wrong again. After no cursing on my part, the owner called me "an asshole" and told me to take my business elsewhere, which I have already done. May I suggest if you're using this pharmacy, do what the owner says...take your business elsewhere!!
