After almost week when nothing was happing I went to take a look on it. Then I saw that the date was changed from September 19th to November 11th. I called them after waiting almost 20 minutes only option was cancel the item. I canceled it. My son liked another backpack from them which was on stock and they offered next day delivery. So after while I agreed and ordered another backpack from this company, paid a LOT! That was huge mistake. On Friday I got email that backpack was shipped. It was 2 days after I ordered the second one. I hoped that everything will be ok this second time. BIG MISTAKE! After 3 days from this shipping email I took a look and there was written that only label was created. UPS is still waiting for the item. I was trying to call them, message them. Resolution? They don't know where the package is. It is probably stucked in their distribution center. They need 5 bussines days to find it and if they won't then I have to contact them AGAIN to get it resolved. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I GOT!!! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Two weeks later, they are back in stock and ready to ship. We'll the backpack shipped in a day. The lunchbag was being monogrammed. So 3 days later, it still said ready to ship. I received the backpack yesterday and went to check to see if the lunchbag was shipped. NOPE.It is now again backordered, and they took the money out of my account. They gave my son's lunchbag away to someone else after stating it was about to be shipped 4 days ago. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Then after I called to rip someone a new one, amazingly they will be in stock again. They sent UPS a shipping label notice that came to my email and refunded then did another pending payment on my account. You gave my son's lunchbag away and I have included the screenshots. Never again.

From the second we walked in the owner, Lou, was kind to my kids and myself. Lou was super helpful, the prices were incredibly fair, and it was great seeing a store run with integrity and passion. I've always liked Barnes & Noble, and this location is no exception when it comes to the basics…read more They sell books, plain and simple, and that's always been the main draw for me. The shelves are well-stocked, the atmosphere is calm, and there's something timeless about being surrounded by rows and rows of stories, knowledge, and ideas. If you're just here for the books, you'll find what you need. But unfortunately, my experience was soured by the in-store café, specifically by one of the bartenders. Every time I've sat down for a coffee or tried to unwind with a book, she steers the conversation toward politics--unprompted and uninvited. I never brought up the subject, and yet she always seems to inject her own views into the interaction, as if she's testing or trying to "correct" me without even knowing my stance. It's uncomfortable, distracting, and frankly, not what I came to a bookstore café for. I don't expect complete silence, but I do expect neutral, professional service when I'm a paying customer. A bookstore should be a refuge from the noise of the outside world, not another place where politics is forced into the mix. Because of that constant negative experience, I've decided I won't be coming back to this location. It's a shame, because Barnes & Noble as a whole is still a great place for books, but this particular café's atmosphere was ruined by the bartender's unnecessary political commentary.

I have had multiple problems with Cropwell Pharmacy. They keep telling me the doctor never called to refill a scrip, when I know from the 26 years I've been dealing with my doctors, that's incorrect. The problem has been ongoing. Today was the final straw... I called the pharmacy twice in the last few days to find out if my warfarin refill was there. The doctor had given me only 40, since I needed my INR levels checked first. That was done Tuesday. When I specifically asked if the ENTIRE script was there, I was told yes. Fast forward to today when I went in and discovered it was NOT the entire script, it was only forty. When I started questioning them about the wrong information I was given, I was told I was abusing the employees. I did not curse or swear, I questioned why they got it wrong again. After no cursing on my part, the owner called me "an asshole" and told me to take my business elsewhere, which I have already done.
