It only had 1 review so I went on to read their information and it mentioned wheel work. I called and spoke to Andrea, she was able to set us up for an evening of fun. I even found a Groupon the next day ($15 for $30 worth)! They are currently working on their website but their Facebook page is updated regularly. I think i found a new hobby. We came here for some pottery wheel action. Our instructor, Colleen, was awesome. We each took turns on the wheel and she gave great directions, tips, and quickly jumped in to help when needed. She definitely made our experience fun. I can't say enough about her. We worked with a total of 5 pounds of clay and was there for about an 1 and 1/2 and payed a total of $20. They closed 9pm that evening but I believe we left a little past 9:30. The staff was very accommodating. Colleen stated that it takes about 2 weeks for the clay to dry so we do have to return a second time to paint our creations and a third time after they have been fired up in the kiln. Keep an eye out for updates.

I've been here a few times as a math coach and I always find what I need and more. If you're in need of school supplies for your child or student this is the place. Unfortunately it's a drive if you live in Philadelphia since it's in Cherry Hill, NJ. The upside is it's less than 25 minutes away. I believe it's worth the trip. The store is organized and cleaning. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile. Customer service in 2021 is number one especially now when we all have options of where we won't to spend our dollars. Come here and you won't regret it. LOL maybe you'll see me there too!

Lakeshore is a necessary evil if you're a teacher…read more If you want to spruce up the appearance of your room, they have lots of ready-made bulletin board supplies and decorations that will save you from the tedious task of die cutting. If you want to add a few new manipulatives to your centers, toys to your play area, media to your craft repertoire, or prizes to your treasure chest, they have isles and isles to suit you. If you want to work a little more technology into your day, they now have interactive whiteboard software (and a full-size ActivBoard on which to test it before purchasing) alongside their assortment of educational computer programs, DVDs and musical CDs. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful, and the store is well organized and clean. If you think that sounds too good to be true, you are almost right. With all of these conveniences come high prices. Although store coupons are sent out frequently, they often contain annoying stipulations, like the start date is a month away, or it is only valid on full price items during the two week span when everything in the store is already on sale. Still, if you're a teacher, you're used to dropping a little (or a lot of) cash to freshen your routine each year. Lakeshore is the place to go for the best selection.

Every time I use their app it does this. For instance, today it said it had items in my local store, I added it to my cart, I went to check out, and it pushed my items to another store. When I looked up the store, it was four states away........ What the hell Micheal's. When you go onto the store, there's really nobody ever around that can help you. If somebody who works there walks by you and you look like you're looking around for something they act like they don't even see you instead of asking do you need help finding something. I have found some good buys there randomly during their different holiday seasons. They are one one if the select few craft stores left in this country that people know by brand, yet they put so little into their online purchasing app to make it convenient and don't care about customer experiences in their store. They might as well get rid of the act and just push everybody to purchase in store unless that's their whole goal with how crappy their app is put again if that's the case then they should really be focusing on customer service within their store. They are missing out in a lot of opportunity and making money.

UPS never received the package. We returned to the store and they made a half-hearted attempt at locating the package, but confirmed "we don't have it". They should stick to selling balloons.
