This…read morepast weekend we stopped in after hearing they had a selection of gundam models we wanted to check out. First the entrance is in the BACK of the store so when you turn the corner, parking is behind the store/houses sharing a lot with a garage. There are signs showing you where to go, just be aware these are for the shop, not the garage. You enter in the back of the store with the sale items then enter the main store with car, plane and model trains. They dont have the best/most selection I've ever seen but they do have a good stock that if you look close, you might find a gem. There were plenty of paints and supplies we found and it reminded me of old school train stores I frequented with my grandfather. Store owner was pleasant, asking if we needed anything before going back to his conversation with another patron. We did eventually find the gundams but were disappointed to see he only had 5 base models in stock. Overall a nice business but with strange hours and parking situation it can be hard to find/get in. More for the model train/car enthusiast but worth a stop if you're near by.

It's an incredibly well stocked store with a very wide variety of hobby supplies. From radio controlled cars and planes, to plastic model kit, to gaming accessories. In the end, I left with a fairly hard to find model kit that I've only ever seen online.

Wish this Michael's in particular would move to an abandon mall section with upstairs to have an entire section of fabric. That would be a game changer for a lot of people. I think the particular thing that really bothers me is the fact a lot of things are locked up and there is never anyone on the floor to help. Maybe shopping online is the thing now because no one is on the floor to help. Prices are okay but I really wish they had more craft related stuff rather than just decor and frames. Michael's is pretty much for fine art and frames. Every other craft they have fails in quality and supply.

They have a variety of tools and as long as you bring your own materials you can come in and use those tools. As for the rest of the store I don't see a significant difference from the previous location. It doesn't seem to be bigger or have larger variety of items. It was all relatively clean and well organized. It does seem like they have less yarn in the knitting section than the other store.

Another smaller, private company wanted to charge close to that as well. After searching high and low for 2 months, I came across an advertisement for Hobby Lobby. The online ad mentioned 50% off on framing. I immediately jumped in my car and drove to Cherry Hill. Upon arrival, I found a bustling store with a lot of people. I made my way back to the framing section and was met by a nice young lady who helped me pick out a frame and went over a few details. Once she rang up everything, she told me the price. I almost fainted bc I had prepared myself to hear another $600-$700 quote/estimate. Nope! The cost at Hobby Lobby was $299 + tax. I almost threw my panting over the counter bc I was so happy. I was given an invoice and due date to pick-up my framed painting. I arrived 2 weeks later to pick-up the painting and I could not have been happier. I am totally in love with how everything turned out. I truly appreciate Hobby Lobby for helping me in my time of need and for upgrading my painting!!

The location is convenient right off of 295, and it's definitely a fun place to visit! In contrast, the prices here are quite astronomical at times, especially if you are in the market for anything related to Pokemon TCG. Ever since COVID-19, prices have skyrocketed due to the scalping crisis. Top Deck Games is no stranger to listing their Pokemon inventory at scalping level prices. If you're looking for anything that is unrelated to pokemon, I'd certainly give top deck a chance! The service here is hit and miss. Some days they are on the ball and others you're a ghost in front of the counter. This also relates to how busy the shop can be as well. So in summary, awesome place to look around and pick up a board game or two. I just wouldn't advise you to come here for Pokemon.

Every time I use their app it does this. For instance, today it said it had items in my local store, I added it to my cart, I went to check out, and it pushed my items to another store. When I looked up the store, it was four states away........ What the hell Micheal's. When you go onto the store, there's really nobody ever around that can help you. If somebody who works there walks by you and you look like you're looking around for something they act like they don't even see you instead of asking do you need help finding something. I have found some good buys there randomly during their different holiday seasons. They are one one if the select few craft stores left in this country that people know by brand, yet they put so little into their online purchasing app to make it convenient and don't care about customer experiences in their store. They might as well get rid of the act and just push everybody to purchase in store unless that's their whole goal with how crappy their app is put again if that's the case then they should really be focusing on customer service within their store. They are missing out in a lot of opportunity and making money.
