I visited this location for the first time and entered through the entrance closest to Shake Shack. I found what I needed in less than 2 minutes, then needed to ask an associate for directions to the cashier. The cashier was really helpful; I appreciate that she took the time to greet each customer and not rush for the sake of rushing. Would visit again. read more

Hoard your coupons, look for sales! Return policy here is pretty generous if you need to return things because they don't fit or if you have buyer's remorse. We were able to return some items that we had already cut off the tags, but we still had them. Lines can be long - I wish the management kept a better eye on this and would open up lanes as needed. One thing about Kohl's - there are always plenty of sales, so try not to pay full price for anything. read more

This is probably the worst Kohls I've ever been to. My husband and I came here for two things: dress shirts for him and pajama pants for me (ohhh, what an exciting shopping trip, right?!) Anyway, the entire men's section looked like garbage. I'd say about 75% of the dress shirts were out of their plastic packages (I think this was intentionally done by the store) and were super wrinkly or had scuff marks on them. There was also no organization in terms of color, size, fit, brand, etc. It was a disaster area. The women's section wasn't as bad, but the dressing room looked like a 4-year old had a tantrum and started throwing clothes everywhere. The line at the check-out was absurd. There was one cashier and a back-up cashier was called over the loudspeaker no less than 3 times (no one came). I think there is another Kohls right down the road, and I really wish we would have tried that one instead. It couldn't have been as bad as this one. read more

Never again! While my cashier, Lois, was very nice & I got a great deal on the items I came in for, I don't appreciate being shadowed by security within 5 minutes of entering the store. And without good reason! I was shopping by myself, went right to the area were the items were located, shopped & almost instantly, a gentleman with a baseball cap & jeans shows up in the same tightly packed area. He was more focused on me rather than the pillows I was shopping. Very uncomfortable! This store's security team needs training in how to be inconspicuous. Kohl's Voorhees, NJ store 0723, if not all, has definitely lost a customer. I'm strongly considering returning my purchase based on principle alone. read more

I agree with Amanda G., who reviewed this Kohl's first. It is probably the worst Kohl's in the area. I'm not sure why I continue to go rather than drive a few more miles north on Route 73. The selection is lacking -- especially if you wear a size 7.5 ladies shoe. I rarely buy shoes at this location because my shoe size is never available. Dressing rooms are always in complete shambles. The ladies' department doesn't look much better ... or different for that matter. There is always a line at the registers regardless of how early or how late it is. read more

Completely useless customer service. Needed a shirt in a 0x and they tell me it doesn't come in 0x but yet I was wearing it in 0x at that moment! I needed them to check other stores since I already just visited 3 stores and got other colors but could not find black and gray in 0X. Guess it was too close to closing time to actually work and check. The lady at the register was nice but again useless customer service at the very far back of the store, I'm disabled and just walked 2 stores prior to this one trying to find these colors. There is nothing I can't stand more than someone who is unwilling to do their job. read more

I've been to Kohl's before (I usually go to the one in Turnersville, NJ and I've been to the one in Marlton, NJ and that was back in 2010). This was my first time at this location. No complaints here, they had some good sales. As of this date (6/4/16), I bought 2 jeans on sale and was able to get 20% off both of them. One of the jeans I had was on clearance for $5 (not a joke and can show the receipt for proof), I had tried it on before I bought it. I didn't know it was $5 until the cashier scanned the barcode. I've heard about poor customer service from this place from my mom before. She keeps telling me how she had to go through her list of items and add them individually to the cashier AND the working manager to prove they were double charging her. Supposedly this kohls is where more leftover clothes go to, but I think that's fine. The men's section seems so much larger than my more local kohls on Marlton. The shoe section even has a large mirror so you can see how your shoes fit with your body type as a whole instead of just your socks in one of those bench mirrors. Maybe its cause I only bought one thing, but I thought this kohls was just as good as the one on Marlton. There were so many aisles of men's shoes. read more

Average service. Came to return / exchange shoes....waited for 10 minutes in line (Kmart experience) told to go to customer service (waited again for "service ") told to find same price on same item for exchange...in all, needed to stop four times at a register to return defective shoes. Not a great experience. Welcome to a likeness of Kmart....one register open....they must not have a service oriented manager. Brutal! read more

I walked in to buy some slacks for a job interview tomorrow. I was guided to use my mother' khols card. I found what I needed. I was immediately asked for id and the girl had to call a help line to make sure I could use my own mothers card even though she saw I had the same last name. While holding up the line and being questioned and interrigated like I had done something legally wrong, she waited on the phone and the person told her that I had to make a payment before I could purchase anything. So I walked out with nothing and did not get asked to use another method of payment. I was turned down and I would have put it on a seperate card but the matter of being so uncomfortable I walked out. I will never return to this store again and I will copy and paste this experience on other reviews for the public. What a terrible way to make someone feel. Also the place is disorganized and has clothing with marks and stains on them. I heard one worker say "I actually have to work a little today ughhh" what a thing to say in front of a customer.
