I was in a hurry so I didn't really get to look around. Traffic was steady with people constantly coming in. Staff were very polite, helpful and engaging. So you should know that Hallmark will regularly email you coupons if you sign up for free on their website, app or at a Hallmark store. You can pull up the coupons on your phone at the checkout counter.
