I was in a hurry so I didn't really get to look around. Traffic was steady with people constantly coming in. Staff were very polite, helpful and engaging. I'm not one to shop much for clothing but I'd come back here if I'm in the area again. Beautiful clothing displays and accessories. I honestly can't wait to get back to take a thorough look.

I was not happy with the flowers they first sent; my fault, I could have been more helpful in describing what I wanted, but they made it right immediately! They are a class act and deserve my praise and gratitude. I will use Bakanas again, and I appreciate them for their attention to customer service. I would definitely recommend them. That's when I was connected with Yana, who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. Yana explained that they have a great designer in-house and she was able to work with me on my price point. Today, I was pleasantly surprised when she sent me several pictures of the finished arrangement via text. She wanted to confirm that I was happy before the flowers went out for delivery. This has never happened before and I thought it was such a nice touch. As you can see from the photos, the flowers are gorgeous. Although they got the colors I wanted perfectly, the shape the line and the flowing feeling are missing. The arrangement that my niece received looked like anything you would find on an FTD catalog. The baker firm was very prominent and I was quite disappointed to see that they used babies breath as a filler. Perhaps the value was there perhaps it is not I have yet to see the price appear on my charge bill yet but I am disappointed that they did not listen to my description of what I wanted.
