DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION! I put a claim in with Assurion to have the screen replaced on my phone. Their app allowed me to make an appointment and schedule the time. I made an appointment for today at 5pm. I left work early to make sure I arrived on time. When I walked in, I was informed by the man at the desk that I had a screen replacement appointment. He said no I don't, he didn't make any appointments with me. I told him I made it through Assurian online. He told me that they canceled it and even though they were open for another hour, he would not replace my screen now. If I made my customers feel like I feel right now, I would not have a job. Horrible customer service. I had an appointment at 10 am for a phone screen repair. I arrived a few minutes early and was told tech was not there yet. I didn't mind waiting but was irritated when I was told that tech usually arrives around 10:15. I was told I could leave my phone. I didn't want to do that because if they didn't have the part or something else was wrong, they wouldn't have a way to contact me. I also had no idea what time to come back to get the phone. So I waited for almost 30 minutes. Then I heard an employee on the phone with a customer tell that customer that the tech would be in at 11 and the tech was the manager. This is ridiculous and not the way to run a business. Poor communication and horrific customer service. Don't schedule appointments and make the customer wait around for you. read more

Came here per the recommendation of a guy at Best Buy while looking for a battery for my Sunwayman flashlight. It takes the uncommon 1450 battery size, which previously I was only able to find online. Batteries Plus Bulbs, as the full name reads carries all you could need for batteries (including car batteries) & lightbulbs, and then some. The staff, friendly & helpful, quickly located my batteries. Sold loose, I was able to choose just how many I needed. They also sell some lights, flashlights, and personal as well as home lighting. Prices can be a bit more here than online, so check before you buy anything. My batteries were $11/ea. Would def recommend stopping in for any battery or lighting needs. read more

The day I wrote the review all of Verizon's tower were down causing my phone that Batteries Plus fixed to malfunction causing my bad review at that time. But now after founding out it was a power outage and not the store fault I have to update my review. Although it did take 3 trips/attempts to fix cracked screen, it was well worth the trouble for the phone looks and works wonderful. Very unhappy ...... I toke my daughters iPhone & mine for a cracked screen ..... they fixed my daughters nice but a week later I brought mine they fixed the screen the next day I called to complain about the coloring & the slowness of my phone along with that was light spots all over the phone they tryed to fix it again never worked a month later I dropped the phone cracked alll over meanwhile I dropped it on hardwood floor never should have broke I wasted 180$$$$$ on 2 screen fixes & my daughters has all light cracks and she never dropped it ....... I toke it back to Apple well worth it they said they used awful parts and no wonder why it cracked so easily ........... finally I have my phone coloring back & new screen not from this place !!!! I scheduled my appointment online and even received a coupon. I needed a battery for my iPhone 6 as it was not holding a charge and is 2 years old. I am not ready to get a new phone. Everyone was courteous and nice. It took 15 minutes for them to change the battery. My phone is working great! Went to return/exchanged a battery That was purchased on 11/4/17 Today's date is 2/18/18. The battery is little over 2 months old. And it's holding a charge.Went didn't have the receipt in hand . Called and got the banks WDR which the salesperson said we could use. Then when I got it he changed he's mind said I couldn't use it. First he wasn't smart enough to read a bank statement it has a negative amount of -$74.80, yes because that's what was being taken out of my account. Then the salesperson said it's dated for 11/6/17- yes because the 4th was a Saturday so the bank does their transactions on Monday. He could see with our WDR what was on it in he's sytem but because we had an -74.80 out of our account for the purchase and a business dating on our statement, we couldn't exchange or return the battery.. but he could see the battery on the WDR from our back statement on he's end with the same number as ours.. never buy a battery or anything from here they don't stand behind their warranties or policies . Very shady business practices. They fixed my cracked glass on the iphone 6 and then sold me on buying tempered glass (snap-it I think) saying that it had a lifetime warranty. When my glass broke on my iphone 6, I came in but they said it wasn't covered because it was broken in the top corner of the glass. So the lifetime warranty they told me about does not cover ALL the glass .... just some of the glass. Buyer Beware!!! read more

Roy came out of the back, looked under the hood, made some adjustments and added some new clips- the Jeep was working within fifteen minutes. Battery and all connections were checked. Good afternoon! Today, I discovered that the remote for my vehicle was not working. I went into Batteries Plus, thinking that I may need a new battery. Upon arrival, I was met by Jaco, who has a really pleasant demeanor. I explained my issue to him, and he went right to work, diagnosing the problem, and quickly determining that it was not the battery, but one of the metal contacts was not making the proper contact with the battery. Jaco went above and beyond by testing the circuit board, and ensuring that he got to the root cause right away. He fixed the problem within a few minutes, and handed the remote back to me. I really feel as though he provided a level of service that I am happy to pay for!
