I started using them last year, 2015, because my sons started breaking their phones that have ridiculous insurance deductibles. I've been a regular since. They're quick, accurate and informative, they really do know their trade and even help with advice on things that I'm not there for. Their pricing is reasonable and accurate. At one point a friend told me they went to a different place for a cheaper price, so I called the other place, they told me a cheaper price over the phone (it was an iPhone 6s at the time), I drove to the other place and when I got there they told me a higher price that the person on the phone gave me misinformation. -_- really ... I left that store and drove here and still had time to get my phone fixed because they're open until 7pm which is also great because of my work hours. Needless to say I haven't ventured out to any other repair store since other than here - Phone Repair Plus. One time out of at least 6 times I've used them so far, after they fixed my son's phone I brought it home to him and I didn't know his password and when he turned it on he realized the screen was not registering when he pressed certain digits. I brought the phone right back and they fixed it, no questions asked, and it was good to go. They also give a warranty. The people are friendly and down to earth.
