When I say what a pathetic display of a store I mean it the staff is absolutely ridiculous but yet the manager is worse sad but true what a joke he is the worst at customer service he doesn't even know how to operate phones and couldn't even put up my contacts on my homepage sad yet my service and connection are terrible the entire time he tells me I have to buy a new phone which corporate told me I could go in speak with them they could get me a discount off of the horrible service get this gentleman tells me I have to leave his store because that's not how it works yet I called the Metro today after getting all of this equipment buying nothing and have my old phone number back I seriously believe that that gentleman is a worthless piece of garbage and should not be a manager of anywhere let alone talk to customers I'm in the customer service industry and I've never seen such a joke yes I keep on saying a joke because that's what he is a clown I swear I will do everything to make sure his store fails if he has that store by the time this is posted. Has the worst customer service, especial from a guy name Mike. I was ready to port over 2 numbers from Sprint after talking to a nice sale rep for 30 minutes, then a guy name Mike stepped in and stop the transaction for a stupid reason that I have to provide a paper copy of my account information. Are you kidding me? You want me to drive home to print it out while I can show you my account on the phone right in the store. Only stupid people will ask me to do that. Why do they post a generic phone number that leads you to an automated system instead of posting the number to the actual store!? I have an important question about bringing in an item to be repaired and it seems impossible to get connected to the store I want to reach. As usual, bad business on Metro's part. read more

I came to the metro store in glenolden on August 31st With a phone that wouldn't power on. I have insurance but the steward told me to call the insurance company. when I called the insurance company they told me that the warranty was not yet available because the manufacturer warranty last for a year and that had to be expired first. They tell me to call metro and they would be responsible for repairing or replacing the phone. Rather than repairing or replacing the phone they make me at an extra line to get the same phone so I'm able to have a phone for the holiday weekend.now I have three lines on my account one which I don't need and the third one I can't get the phone replaced by either T-Mobile or Assurant. Assurant the warranty company told me that T-Mobile should have never sent me to them being as though the manufacturer's warranty must run out first. Shame on MetroPCS.you make me add a line just to get another phone when my original phone should have just been repaired or swapped out because it's covered under the manufacturer's warranty.I want to get rid of the line that I was made to get that I don't need and I want my phone replaced or fixed. It's not like I have a Samsung Galaxy that $700. We're talkin about $120 Coolpad legacy that I pay $6 a month for insurance on. If I didn't pay for the insurance I would have been able to buy the phone outright without losing any money whatsoever. Why would I pay for insurance if they're not going to honor it for the first year?I'm ready to switch companies. Been with this company for 3 years and never missed a payment and referred plenty of people to them. This is coming to an end unless I am made whole again. read more

I went away to Texas. I could not get wifi or use my mobile data. I just couldnt access these. I was on a dark road at night lost with no google maps. I finally was able to pull into a gas station and asked a cop directions. I think this is poor. read more
