The staff and manager could not help me while the owner was on vacation and I was informed that the company would contact me after he returned BUT No PHONE CALL NOTHING so disappointing and just bad business. Yes, they are friendly when you purchase and even when you have a problem BUT what is the point when no one seems to understand especially when you are in need of what they promised you would work I have spent 239 plus 25 for transfer of files for one computer and 175 plus 50 for another refurbished computer not to mention the WiFi card that I had to purchase when the computer (when I brought it home and realized there was NO WiFi card in it, that would have been helpful to know) I am sure NOW I will get a call or maybe not because I see that they like the positive reviews that the owner pointed and mentioned repeatedly to me. I would give them a no star rating because they deserve it! AFTER MANY MANY TRIPS TO THE OFFICE IN STANTON I am still a DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER WITH NO SOLUTION. With that much recognition for service, I thought they would be a good resource to get my computer up and running again. A costly mistake! Angelo's unfriendly attitude when I dropped off my machine was a red flag that I ignored. After all, the entire country is still in the grips of the pandemic and retail business owners must be safety conscious. As long as someone can do their job well, it normally doesn't matter whether 'service with a smile' is offered. Turnaround time to replace my hard drive & reload my data was fast and I picked up my computer the next day. However, I feel I was waaay overcharged for the hard drive (tech hours were priced separately). It took 4 phone calls over a 4-week time period to reach the owner to ask about missing keyboard functionality and to ask for assistance to reload a driver for my external CD/DVD drive. After paying almost $700 for the new hard drive and the tech hours, I discovered it's a 'one & done' process. If I wanted help to load a missing driver for my external CD/DVD equipment, it's an additional charge. If I wanted help to have the same functionality on my keyboard that I had prior to the new hard drive installation, it would be an additional charge. Of course, he's entitled to run his business the way he sees fit. My choice for future computer needs will be to go somewhere else where the service isn't overpriced and surly.

I'm not saying the prices are the best, for example I had a bloated battery that the OEM manufacturer was quoting around $150 to replace labor and shipping included. I was quoted around $199 here, so not far off, but laptop battery replacement is actually something you can do yourself really easily so I bought the SKU from Amazon for ~$70 and already have a T5 and Phillips driver at home which I used to take the old battery out. But anyway I was using the wrong screwdriver (T4) and as a result couldn't get a stubborn screw out of the bottom to open up my laptop, and this was my problem and I was willing to pay for someone to be able to solve my absurdly trivial problem. You know, nothing ridiculous because I knew it probably wouldn't take too much effort but nothings free right? Wrong. First of all the really nice thing is diagnostic is free. So for them to tell you what's wrong and how much they will charge to fix it is $0, and since it was such a simple fix, they refused to charge me a penny. And that leaves you with a nice feeling in your heart so it's somewhere that I'm not scared to come back to and ask for help again. What's important to know is that these guys aren't that sketchy shop looking to nickel and dime you. You'll pay a fair price.

We use Verizon phones that are off contract and they work great. The prices are roughly half what Verizon charges and the service and coverage is exactly the same. TT has also repaired Android and Apple phone for me and my friends on several occasions. I've referred dozens of people to him over the years. He started as a booth, basically, but his business has grown significantly. He's still located in the Newark Farmer's Market, just past the checkout lines. He's a remarkable man -- speaks English, Spanish, Hindi and perhaps one or two more languages. Wait times may be an issue if you go during lunch or after work. It's not unusual to see him working with 2-3 customers at once, doing a repair, testing a device, setting up new service... Go with an open mind and a measure of patience and you'll be fine.

I even bought an iPad from them for my father and he loves it! I just even bought an iPhone from them after having a defective one from Amazon. I trust this place with my family's electronics, which is essentially trusting them with my life. I will always take my devices to them first to see if they can solve my problems. If they can't, they explain WHY too, which is so nice. They are competent, reliable, and will not cheat you. Their hours are amazing too, you can't beat Monday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm. Having such a great service available on saturdays is a blessing!
