Jeff at this location was a big help; quite patient considering the hoops we encountered at sign-up (not his fault, just the extra security measures so your ID or account doesn't get tampered with.) Anyhoo, happy with "AIA" and delighted with Jeff's assistance. FYI ... You don't pick up equipment at the store. It gets mailed to you for (free) self-setup which you can do with help from 800-assistance (wasn't bad; they walked me through setup.) but budget not being operational for 3 days or so while equipment is in transit. There WAS a hiccup after setup that required back office to flip some switch but flip they did and we were up and running. So maybe budget 5 days from order date. You also get to try it for a week (I think it's a week.) you are billed as soon as you set up, but if you change your mind during that trial, I believe they will cancel service without charging you for that week.
