Prices for glass range from affordable to take ou a mortgage but there's always some cool stuff to browse. Tons of accessories. I've always found the staff to be pleasant, helpful, and way more knowledgeable than me about most products. I suspect that some try to up sell which is no bother since it is a store. Good vibes. Every interaction I've had at this store has been A+ as far as friendliness and customer service goes. I've been going here for the last year or so for juice and coils since I've moved back to the area from another state and I refuse to go anywhere else. Never had an issue with returning things that don't work but I'm also polite about it and don't throw a tantrum when something is defective. It's hard to imagine, but being considerate and polite when you're trying to do a return goes a long way. As far as selection and products go, they have a large amount of juices available and I appreciate that. Their mod selection isn't bad and their prices aren't overly inflated compared to other local shops. The store is very clean and looks great on the inside. I've only been twice, but each time I was assisted by Harry who took the time to listen to my needs, and then to show me a product that perfectly addressed the need that brought me to their store in the first place. In both cases, there was no attempt to "upsell", in fact, I was amazed that the cost was so low compared to what I have encountered at other shops. Not only is this store like a glass art museum, it seems there isn't anything one might want in this type of store that they do don't have. These people don't care. Ripped me off hard on a carb cap (52 bucks) that lasted two hits and cracked. We told the salesman what we were there for and he recommended what kind of cap to get. That was the only conversation. He said because we used a torch on a banger with the cap on it (like we do all the time, but our caps are the right material) we were not eligible for a refund or a new cap. Instead, he could offer us a 30 percent discount on something else. (How generous, not!!!) It was not made of the right material, which means he just sold us a GLASS FUCKING CARB CAP for a dab rig. It would have been helpful to know beforehand because I never would have bought it. Go to Frolic, go anywhere else. Go somewhere where the staff is at least going to care enough to ensure you are getting the right things. I cannot believe what a waste of time and money this was. Go anywhere else. I'm in the market for a device. My usual spot doesn't have the one I was looking for so I called Primal. Immediately, I am impressed with Anna, the voice on the other end of the phone. She tells me she has the exact product I need to solve my problem. Her impressive sales skills (as someone who has spent their career in sales and marketing I am always impressed with those who do it well since far too many suck) as well as her knowledge about the unit. In fact, I drive almost 40 minutes just to get this product. I was sold. When I arrive, she shows me two choices from this company. She works hard to upsell me into higher priced $119 unit . She tells me ...it's her product of choice for her personal use AND almost every other staff member in the store. So, you might think this was an out-of-the-park home run, right? Wrong again vape breathe! I bring the unit home and read the ridicuolusly poor instructions. I realize Anna never really explained very well HOW to operate the unit. But with the internet, I figure I could find a video or two which does a far better job. The problem is the freaking unit is DEFECTIVE! I know I NEVER should have bought the floor model! The battery AND charger were beat. WE ARE TALKING JUST TWO DAYS AFTER I HAD IT!!!! But the thing that REALLY made me change my opinion about this place was the experience I had in bringing it back I had to give up an uneccesary 80 minutes of my life driving there and back because the damn thing DIDN'T WORK as promised! Hell, it didn't even turn on! The woman behind the counter the day I bought it was there to greet me(I believe she is the manager) It's obvious I'm not happy as I had the unit in the packaging with me. HER: You having a problem with the unit? ME: Nah. I just like to take this piece of garbage out to visit it's original home. HER: Give me a minute - I'm with thirty five other customers and my co-worker is new. I wait until she is freed up. She analyzes the situation and, after using a different plug, concludes the battery AND charge cord are not working. THEN she says she will do the warranty paperwork BUT next time that will be my responsibilty. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? I HAVE THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE LESS THAN A WEEK AND YOU ARE DOING ME A FAVOR BY WARRANTING IT? Then, she says : I CAN SEE YOU ARE ANGRY? ME: Angry? Moi? OF COUSE NOT! I just love spending $119 on a defective piece of crap that hasn't worked even a week. I love a company like Primal that doesn't give a rats behind ONCE the customer has bought a product but seemed so damn interested BEFORE the purchase was made.I LOVE a company that doen't stand up for it's customers AND I love a full dish of bad attitude and smugness served on top of it. She handed me a new battery and cord LIKE THATS A BIG DEAL but then tells me next problem is on me to address with the company! And she adds, what do you expect, its from China!!!! TOUNGE HELD! I just walked into the store and asked about a battery that I bought from them. The cartridge that I had in it was not heating up properly, leaving resin stuck at the top of it. Immediately they ask me to put the cartridge away, without asking what I have in it...assuming it's something unlawful. It wasn't, but the judgement I felt was unnerving, and the worker kept calling me "Bruh" in the fakest tone I've ever heard. Take yourself to Frolic. So apparently a friend told me about this place and the wonderful glass pipes they have. They have a lot of nice pieces but the customer service sucks! I wish they were a bit attentive instead of racial profiling a few people I saw in there. It's disappointing to see this establishment have things you need but make you feel uncomfortable . Amazing customer service. Had an issue with something and called to ask if they could help. I was told that if it was a manufacturer defect they would handle it no problem. It was and they did. Not once have I ever had a problem (unlike a few other similar places I've visited from before I discovered primal). Horrible service and refused to sell to me because i used the co2 cartridge!?? Worst glass/vape shop I've ever been to.

This was my second visit to Primal LLC i was returning a unused quartz nail(didnt fit my rig) without a receipt but i was able to give them a date and the found my purchase and gave me store credit without a problem. They answered all my questions and took care of me very professionally. Happy to give this spot 5 stars. read more
