They were super busy with both the rental and sales sides when we arrived. Carrie (spelling?) noticed we would be waiting a while and kept us up to date on when they could assist. Carrie then helped us with the options, including what alterations to make; when it was time, the tailor was called out and we worked together to decide what alterations would be beneficial and which were not needed. Also ordered a custom short (for what I opine is a very good $79 price) - process was simple and the options were great. The altered suit and the custom shirt were each ready about a week before the provided promise dates. When the suit was tried on (at a much less busy time), worked again with the tailor on at that time, and the tailor said if I would wait, they would get the work done 'now'. Hung around the store until the tailor could do their magic and walked out with a great suit and shirt! Across the 2 trips to MW, worked on and off with 2 tailors and 5 other employees - all were happy, helpful and informative.

Yes, the lines are normally pretty long. It HAS improved, over time. My recent visit was to raid the kids' clearance section for toddler clothes. I did well. It's become my regular practice to check clearance tags against the price checkers, though, because often items are lower than marked. There are several price checker stations around this store, but only the one in the dressing room was working. Super inconvenient because I had to excuse myself past the associate going through all the discarded clothes every time I entered. I had a hunch the other machines were deliberately out of order for some kind of security measure, because I was watched by the dressing room attendant while performing my checks. I'm truly sorry about any theft issues they may have, but if it's THAT much of a problem, just station someone beside the other price checkers, please don't make me have to squeeze past the attendant and racks of precariously discarded clothes. Other than that, the store was organized, clean, and all new merchandise was well featured, with sale signs clearly marking the deals. The highlight of this trip was my incredibly friendly and sweet cashier. He was a tall, hip, young man, who I did not expect to be so genuine and kind. From my purchases, he asked about my son (who I didn't have with me), and had a friendly, sincere conversation with me. He rang up all of my many clearance deals with accuracy, and did it all quickly. I found myself saying to my husband later, "I am really impressed with young people these days.
