Almost everything is on sale, this is a great time to get ready for Vacation! All there t-shirts and shorts are on sale 20-30% off, maybe more. Golf apparel is so reasonable here, I bought a t-shirt for $8 bucks. Having a baby? Great! Ones are only $6 dollars and we bought one that says "New Crew Member" Thank God for this Old Nany. [611] This Old Navy is in the same strip mall as Walmart. Parking can be tough during peak hours but definitely available. In the past few years the store was renovated and it's definitely an improvement. I usually stop in every once in a while and check out the clearance section. Sometimes I'm able to find good deals. Wow, I am surprised at all the negative reviews. Have you people been to the KoP location? This place is a dream compared to that. You know Old Navy, so I don't need to go into much, other than to say that I have visited this location several times, and I rarely leave without buying something. Yes, the lines are normally pretty long. It HAS improved, over time. My recent visit was to raid the kids' clearance section for toddler clothes. I did well. It's become my regular practice to check clearance tags against the price checkers, though, because often items are lower than marked. There are several price checker stations around this store, but only the one in the dressing room was working. Super inconvenient because I had to excuse myself past the associate going through all the discarded clothes every time I entered. I had a hunch the other machines were deliberately out of order for some kind of security measure, because I was watched by the dressing room attendant while performing my checks. I'm truly sorry about any theft issues they may have, but if it's THAT much of a problem, just station someone beside the other price checkers, please don't make me have to squeeze past the attendant and racks of precariously discarded clothes. Other than that, the store was organized, clean, and all new merchandise was well featured, with sale signs clearly marking the deals. The highlight of this trip was my incredibly friendly and sweet cashier. He was a tall, hip, young man, who I did not expect to be so genuine and kind. From my purchases, he asked about my son (who I didn't have with me), and had a friendly, sincere conversation with me. He rang up all of my many clearance deals with accuracy, and did it all quickly. I found myself saying to my husband later, "I am really impressed with young people these days. They seem so much more professional and educated than years ago." I felt like an old granny to be saying it, LOL, but he seriously made that good of an impression on me. Old Navy doesn't put names on the receipts, and it's been a couple weeks since I was there, so I forget his name, but the tall guy with dreads is a real asset to this location! I just left this store & am blown away by how incredibly rude the staff was. after trying clothes on, I took the clothes I wasn't purchasing & went to place them on the rack full of other items. the attendant then came up to me & yelled IT GOES IN THE BASKET before snatching them from my hands. 9:00 PM closing time Last day of a sale 18 EIGHTEEN ! people in line 1 ...yes ONE... inexperienced employee checking people out. Multiple people in line had to raise this issue before an additional cashier opened (after the longest 20 min ever) just 2 of 8 cash registers now open. Just learned there is mobile check out but no obvious path to get mobile check out. Management must need a day off to clear their heads and regroup. People in retail like Old Navy are worked like sled dogs but come on guys...this is basic blocking and tackling. When I was finally checked out the experienced clerk was really good...like lightening. 2 stars only because the clothes were such a good value...otherwise local management gets 1 star for tonight's performance. In general I hate buying clothes from Old Navy and similar retailers. Not because of the sub standard shopping experience but because you know the people that made the clothing are living in terrible conditions. I was in a pinch and needed to buy my school aged child a shirt last minute...so I guess that makes me a hypocrite and part of the problem. read more

I have been shopping at Old Navy for over 25 years. I have a credit card with their company and have for years. I have done most of my clothing shopping for my five kids, and now their spouses. Well I went in August to buy matching clothes for my whole family (9 people) for family pictures. I spent over $700 that day. I went in last week to return 2 pair of jeans and 4 blouses that didn't work, and all of them were unworn with tags still on them. I had my original receipt. The lady at the register told me since it had been over 45 days, she had to give me the sale price. I told her that was fine, and asked why it wasn't 90 days like it was in the past, but that I understood the policy. Then she said she could only give me in store credit, and again I said it was fine, even though I would have preferred credit back to my Old Navy card. Then she rang it all up, and it came to just over a hundred dollars. She put the clothes behind her and then turned to give me my receipt and she said, "Oh I'm sorry, your return has been rejected." I asked her why and she said I would have to call the company on the receipt and there was nothing she could do. So I had her gather the clothes up and I left. I had other errands to run and so I called while I was driving around. I was on hold with that company for 47 minutes. When the man finally answered, he asked for the transaction ID number. I gave it to him 4 times and he said there wasn't anything under that number. So he asked for my license, and he said the same thing. He said I had to go to the customer service counter at Old Navy itself to resolve it. At that point I couldn't get back to Old Navy before it closed so I went again tonight. I explained to the girl at the register what had happened and asked if there was anything I could do to return the clothes. She said, "we can just return them as if you didn't have your receipt." Odd, because I did, but I said that was fine, please just return them. So she rung them all up and asked for my license. So I said, is my license going to be attached to the last time I tried to return them? And she said No. But sure enough, it was, so my return was rejected again. She called her manager and he said there isn't anything he can do, apparently my license has locked me from being able to return anything at Old Navy because I keep trying without my receipt. I am livid. I have never returned anything there without a receipt, AND they can look it up on my credit card statement. So now I have a bag full of clothes that don't fit, and Old Navy employees and managers that said it's out of their hands. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the world! Those clothes are still hanging in their store, they are from less than 2 months ago, not 2 years ago. AND THEY WOULDN'T EVEN LET ME EXCHANGE THE SAME ITEMS FOR DIFFERENT SIZES!!!! On the flip side, I went tonight to return a pair of jeans to American Eagle that I also bought on picture day and they happily gave me my money back. And then to JC Penney to return two shirts from the same day, and they happily returned those as well. If I could give Old Navy zero stars, I would. I am SO disappointed by the way I was treated in both stores and I'll do everything in my power to convince everyone I know to never set foot in another Old Navy again. read more

Pretty standard for an Old Navy, but they lose major points because despite having 10 registers available there is rarely more than 2 open. The line to check out is always insanely long and insanely slow moving. If you think you can get in and out, think again. read more

This place had all the traditional Old Navy items, but was a mess! A lot of merchandise was incorrectly placed making it difficult to know exactly how much it was, and even more of it was strewn about the floor. The staff was nice, and they weren't standing around, so I'm assuming most of the patronage is disrespectful and sloppy. Either way, I'm going to find a different Old Navy to shop at. read more

Stuff is haphazardly mixed together, sale tags where items aren't on sale is pretty common here. Lots of the shorts I was looking at today were really really wrinkly. Staff was great! Really friendly and quick with a helping hand and a smile! read more

Just had a terrible experience here. One of the employees told me if I was planning to use a card I could skip the line and have him ring me up on a hand held machine, so I said sure and he rang up my items. Had a coupon that said I could save $15 on a $50 purchase in store. Bought $52 worth of stuff, but was told I could not use the coupon because my stuff was on clearance (which, far as I can tell, it wasn't--nothing had the orange clearance stickers on it). Not wanting to cause a fuss and hold things up, I thought I would just check over the receipt once I was done. Of course, because the guy was using a handheld device, he had to email me my receipt. I typed in my email address and checked it over twice, and it was correct. Of course, I get outside the store and check my email: no receipt. I go right back inside and tell the guy my receipt didn't arrive and that I also checked the junk folder but no dice. The guy proceeds to tell me that there is nothing they can do. They cant resend the receipt to me, and now I have no receipt, no proof of purchase, and no way to see if I should have been able to use that coupon. My advice: if you have to come here, don't be tempted to skip the line. Wait in the line so you can get a real receipt. read more

I was here on the Saturday before Thanksgiving for their pre-black Friday sale. I have been buying jeans and shorts here for years because the store is easy to get to and the prices are good. No more-I will pay more to shop elsewhere. One dressing room was shut because there were supplies stored in there. I heard someone complain to the manager who said-very snarkly-that he'd look into opening it up "soon". This was after 1pm-the store opened at 10am.There was only 1 cashier on duty. She was nice but frazzled and I can't blame her. I went home and cancelled my Old Navy Credit Card. The only good thing was that I bought 3 pairs of jeans and they should last for years. Long enough for me to find a different store. read more
