They were offering $53 for all 3 items. I obviously wanted my car seat back. The store clerk walked around looking for it and couldn't find it. She called the person who accepted the items a few times, no answer. She finally got in touch with her, allegedly, and she told her it sold. I never accepted the offer, so how is that? I was obviously upset. They were so rude and nasty to me, as if I stole something from them. One of them started recording me, because she saw me recording her. I was confused about how my items were even up for sale when they hadn't even talked to. They basically told me I was SOL. I called the police and got a report because they sold my things without permission. One police officer was just as racist as them. They told me my things were up for grabs because I left the store. However, the policy on the site does not say that. I also contacted corporate, because they are obviously over there doing some underhand scheming stuff. While it had the typical Goodwill set up I found their sorting, organization, and display process poor. The larger pieces and housewares weren't as plentiful as other locations, and many items were so beyond help that it was a shame to waste space putting them on the sales floor. Furniture was downright nasty for the most part and overpriced. Staff wore masks as their chin and dodged customers like they couldn't be bothered. As a reseller I rarely leave empty handed, but here that was indeed the case.
