I tried on a number of things and decided to buy a cami top that had a nice pattern I hadn't seen in mass retail stores. It was $121.50. Much higher than I usually spend for a simple cami (that is not silk), but I decided what the heck, yolo. I did try it on and it fit nice. It had adjustable straps so I figured it's perfect! And was lined, very nice. Good buy. I didn't go to wear the cami until a week or two later. Once i had it on with a nice jacket over top for work I noticed the adjustable straps did not stay put. They expanded by themselves to the point everything was hanging out within minutes. Not a good look for the office. I went back to the store the next day and was told 'oops sorry you're 4 days beyond the 14 day return policy. Giggle giggle, oh sorry.' I get it, how about store credit? The young ladies that day had to call the manager (I guess) who told them no, sorry, no store credit, no refund, no exchanges, nothing! Too bad. A blown $121.50 for a top I will never be able to wear. Not to mention the crappy customer service. I will never shop here again. On impulse, I splurged and bought myself an Uno de 50 bracelet - huge mistake. With tax it was over $150 for a silver-plated bracelet that I was assured was very thickly silver plated. I bought it because I liked the design. Within a few weeks of wearing it it turned black and the silver plate completely wore off. I took it back to the store wanting a refund because at that point I was very dissatisfied with the Uno de 50 company. Mykonos refused to give me a refund and refused to exchange the bracelet for another piece. All they would do is to send the bracelet back to the company - in Spain - to have it repaired or replaced. I made it very clear that this is not what I wanted but it was all that they were willing to do. Then for the next couple months a major cluster ensued where I was told the bracelet was sent back but it actually wasn't, and then another person said it was sent back and it still wasn't, and then after all that I was told that they had to check with their rep to get permission to send it back. After all that BS & lying, I was told that the rep said it was OK to have it replaced - oh my God you would think we were talking about a new automobile. Then I was told that because the company was moving headquarters or some crap that they delayed sending it back, so again I asked for a refund or to exchange it for a different piece and again I was refused. Finally a replacement bracelet arrived and I went to pick it up and when I got home I noticed that the little authentication paperwork was missing, so they had to mail that to me. I will not be going back to that store ever again because of their crappy customer service and return policy, and because I was either lied to by several employees or they were just completely clueless about handling the situation. And I strongly advise everyone reading this to never purchase any Uno de 50 jewelry: there are some nice designs that look good in the store but it's is very over-priced but cheaply made crap. read more
