It only took about 20-30 minutes to select the parts and build, and it ended up being an experience for our son as opposed to just picking out a gift. I spent almost $1,000 for the 12k service, rear brake pads, state inspection, and mounting of two tires that I brought in with me. 34 miles into my first ride after service I saw a pool of oil on the asphalt when I stopped, and oil splattered all over the right side of the bike and my right pants leg and boot. Brought it back (1.5 hours each way and $50 gas and tolls round trip). Service manager tried to get me to believe that they were suddenly having an issue with *faulty* head gaskets. I knew he was trying to keep the heat off his shop, so I then spoke directly with the mechanic who worked on my bike and he acknowledged that the real problem was improper installation of two o-rings, which is where all the oil leaked from. I understand that any one of us can make a mistake, but I was disappointed that the service manager did not offer some remuneration of the nearly $1,000 that I paid, especially since I had to make an extra (expensive) trip to have them fix their own error. Heck, I didn't even get an apology or an offer of a free oil change. Fortunately for me, a dealer much closer to me has started selling Piaggio products, so I no longer have to make the long drive to this dealership who cannot be counted on.

I walked in ready to pay cash, but the offer of 0% financing was too good to pass up. I made arrangements to pick up the bike later in the month so they could install some accessories that I wanted. Every person who I dealt with (Mark, other Mark, Jeremy, Cyndi, and Tracy) were genuinely friendly and helpful. My bike was ready when I took delivery, and I was walked through all of the functions of my new bike. I am new to West Chester and I needed to find a jeweler to complete a few repairs, but I was dragging my heels. Meanwhile, my boyfriend needed a link removed from his watch and he decided to try Kerkula's Jewelry, due to its 5.0 Google rating. After he called to confirm that they would be able to help, he told me that he believed the man he spoke to was black! I was very intrigued and decided to tag along. I dropped off several pieces and they were complete in less than a week! The work looks good, the pricing was fair and the customer service was top notch. They even agreed to meet my boyfriend outside of the shop to deliver his watch due to his work schedule and the tight turnaround he requested! Kevin does honest, quality work and he kept me informed the whole way. We will definitely be back for more repairs and probably a custom piece or two.
