This is a great little resale shop, but they don't have a whole lot of bigger sizes mostly small

Stopped in here on a whim as I've never heard or seen this place before but was at a doctor's appointment across the street. Its so cute! First they have some really nice items, name brand and high end retail. Several of the clothes I picked up still had the original tag on it! The lady who was working there was so nice! I will say I checked out their online site and the clothes look better in person. I definitely will be stopping in more often bc I love a bargain! Check it out if you're in the area! read more

I have lived in WC for over 30 yrs So I've known this business before the present owner had taken over many years ago . I have walked onto this store many times over the yrs I have never been welcomed in or said have a good day when leaving Owner was there today 3 so called ladies were working there all glanced my way never said "A Word " I have bought from this business many times over the years . I have been in High End furniture Sales for many years I have greeted every customer and also said have a good day. To every one of them. The store has varied selection on clothes. Most name brands are consignments & are priced fairly high. As for those of you looking to sell, the store offered me about $2-3 dollars per piece of clothing, which is higher than what Clothes Mentor would offer. I had a pleasant experience selling here on a previous visit, but had a terrible experience today when dealing with the shop's owner. She cannot pinpoint how much she prices each clothing item, and was irritable and told us multiple times to give her more time to sort through our items when we were simply looking through the jewelry section, which happened to be close to her work area. I might still give this place a try, if I don't have to deal with the owner. read more

I almost passed over this store based on a yelp tip from earlier this month which said their customer service was horrendous. After reading another Yelp user review about their large Lilly Pulitzer collection I decided I should check it out. I'm huge Lilly Pulitzer fan, and Iwanted to know what they have in stock for before I stopped by so I give a call. I believe I was speaking with the manager because she was very knowledgeable . Not only did the woman on the phone count the number of items she had in stock but she proceeded to go through each and everyone pulling out the sizes that I needed. She gave me the prices for each and even went up to the mannequin to check the size of a brand-new dress (which also happened to be in my size) she pulled these all aside for me so that I would have first dibs when I came into the store in a few hours. I went into Christie's looking for a few pieces for a new job until I could feel out the level of business attire. I was definitely impressed by the variety of items available. There are also very high end (Dolce & Gabanna, Chanel) type pieces if you're looking for that style. I had heard there was a good selection of Lilly Pulitzer pieces there, and ended up picking out a dress. Their prices were a little higher than I would have liked, but you could find great deals. I thought the staff was helpful, though not rushing to fawn attention on me. Which is either how you like to shop or not. I prefer being left alone and it was easy to find someone when I had questions. Will be going back! read more

I love Christine's. I have shopped here for years. They have a wide selection of clothing and also a variety of high end brand names. The staff has always been very courteous and I like that they don't "hang" on you while you browse but are ready to help in any way when asked. I highly recommend this consignment store. read more

Pretty much all junk. Plus it took about 10-15 minutes for the employees to say one word to me. I did get a basic theory silk tank for $16. The only spectacular thing I saw was a pair of burberry shoes but they were priced at around $350. I doubt I will come here again, the stuff was well worn and from the 80s or 90s. read more

I never walk out empty handed, this store is crammed with goodies and you literally have to look both high & low to see everything. Inventory is constantly changing. I'd say pricing is a tad high, based on what I can get at Macy's on sale these days, which can be a good thing if you're trying to limit clothing purchases, like me. read more

This is my favorite place to shop! I always find Anthropologie tops that I could never afford at Brinton Lake and I love the sterling jewelry selection! They always have tons to look at! Friendly ladies who are very helpful- a must-see if you come through West Chester! read more

One star! The owner told her co-worker to "watch them"!? Me and my Mom who is on a cane!? Really?! I was gonna buy a jacket &139 Eileen Fisher, but my Mom hurried me out of the store because she heard the owner (tall heavy blonde lady) say this! I was in the dressing room at the time and did not know why Mom wanted to leave so quickly. She told me why later that evening because she knew it would not have been pretty if she had told me in the store. Keep your crap!!! read more

Christine's is my favorite place to shop she has a little bit of everything. Its clean, friendly and very well kept. Clothes are always new and in almost brand new condition. She has a great selection of assories as well. You won't go wrong by shopping here. read more

Awful customer service. Don't go here! Ladies at the desk didn't greet hello or say goodbye. Went here with my daughter and as we walked out she said the exact thing. I will not reccomend to anyone. Nice store but doesn't make you feel welcomed. read more

I gave them an entire folio of jewelry,never got a receipt and when I came back in I got $12 oddly enough another woman came in and she got $12 too. Somethingdidn't sit right with me, it was like that was the magic number. I never got any of my jewelry back, or any other money, but found several of my pieces still through out the store.I felt completely taken advantage of. read more

I love this store. Christine's has a huge selection of "pre owned" clothing, shoes and accessories. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recently bought a high end designer dress which retails for upwards of $350 for -- $69! Christine's only accepts for consignment brand name clothing of recent vintage and in excellent condition.
