They are my go to place for garden accents - vintage and reproduction and I love this big old wash tub in the front room that has odds and ends of coin silver, silver plate, and sterling serving pieces and flatware. Fun and sometimes funky pieces of old furniture, true country pieces, and great art and some of the best antique mirrors I have seen. They also have the most amazing Christmas ornaments and wow can I go on? YES, ALL DAY I LOVE THIS PLACE THAT MUCH! The owner is very willing to deal fairly with her customers and it never hurts to see if it is her best price. If you have never been, GO. Attended the Kenn Kweder and the Men From W.A.W.A. gig at Ware3house 3. (Better Ducks opened)…read more First time attending this antique store/music venue in Swarthmore. It's BYOB with a few beverages & snacks sold on the premises. Chairs were set up in short rows for this gig. The sound & overall experience exceeded my expectations. And the salvaged pieces on display make for an eclectic visual experience. Tickets are sold at the place on the day of the show. So no PayPal or ordering over the phone. This is seemingly a labor of love for the owner to put these shows on here. If deciding to see a show out here, I'd have dinner at one of the few restaurants, & take a quick look in some of the more artsier shops beforehand. The War3house 3 is easily accessible from the Swarthmore train station if you plan to come by public transportation.

I stopped by a few days ago to check out their new store. It's significantly bigger than Nana's Attic, which means it feels far less cramped. Yay! Still very good prices, the "yellow tag" items are consignment and generally higher priced than the store's donated stock. It about killed my soul to see an awesome vintage salt & pepper mixed in with newer dishes in a consignment lot. Aaah! Staff are great, the store is clean and bright. I'll definitely be back. Note: angled parking in front of the building is NOT free, Pontiac is a public street, and those are pay at kiosk metered spots.

My friend picked up an Elvis doll and my other friend picked up a vintage Barbie doll. So many cool finds. You really need to look around as they have newer stuff and old vintage finds. I'll definitely go back. Staff was very friendly.
