U actually like this mall. It's not big and confusing like some malls; just two levels. However they have the main stores most people shop at when he makes it a convenient shopping choice. I like it mostly because it convenient to my job and easy to get to from home. It's also never really crowded. I don't know how the store owners feel but I like walking in a store and it's not filled with people because I notice that's when I get good service. Hence me always getting excellent service when I'm at the mall in any store and I e shopped in several. The people they hire are professional and polite. So I prefer coming here that KOP which is quite excessive in my opinion. Also there's a target attached and the makeup store Ulta so the mall makes all your shopping need easy and accessible.

This is going to be a short one but I just want to start by saying that I've been coming to this mall since I was a baby. It will always hold a special place in my heart. Sadly in the recent years it has gone down hill, places closing, dead crowds (most of the time) and just the look of the place is out of style. I will never forget the days where me and my friends would come her and hang out for the day. Wow I miss those times. But now? It's kind of just a place to do a lap around and leave. I think as sad as it would be to see it gone..maybe it would be for the better. Remember, this is just me being honest. I think the area would do better if they knocked it down and build up popular stores like a new shopping center, ya know? 10 years ago, I would've said 5 stars. Today not so much.

If you live in delco this is a good mall that has many different stores. I like that target is attached to the mall which makes it convenient to do your everyday shopping there and then be able to go to the mall as well.

The mall actually looks better than when I was there in 2006. I guess that's thanks to Target being there. I don't remember what was in that location. I know it wasn't Strawbridge & Clothier because another Target store is in that location on Baltimore Pike. There was a little bit of everything but having a Super Target on two stories with the cart escalator is great. The area definitely needed Target after all the Clover stores went away. It seems kind of downhill, but it could have been Burlington Coat Factory, which would have been downhill. I was surprised that Ruby Tuesday was there, as they've closed a lot of locations. I saw a few food options, but it's just as well you head up S.R. 320. Oh, and if the driver who sideswiped my car in the parking lot is reading this, I've got two words for you, and they're not "happy birthday".

I love all the stores in this shopping center.. My only issue is going in/out during busy times…read more I've learned to take the back entrance which is longer but less of a hassle. I will be back to shop!

The "Crossroads" referenced are Route 1 and Sproul Road (320), in Springfield. **Note, Yelper,…read moreNeil H. corrected this, thanks, Neil H.!!! * * * TIP * * * The back entrance is off of Old Marple Road, and it is MUCH less stressful. There is a hallway pass-through located in the corner of the L, between K&G and Carter's. The hallway used to smell like urine, but was repainted about a year ago, and is much nicer. It is all well-lit, but sometimes people hang out in there, and it can be sketchy. It still beats the craziness in the front lot, so I now park in back every time! This shopping center features mainly big anchor stores like Walmart, Old Navy, AMC 10 Theaters, Marshall's, PetSmart, Jo-Ann's, DSW, Burlington, etc. They also have Sally Beauty, Sleepy's, Bath & Body Works, Five Below, Jenny Craig, Dress Barn, and GameStop. There are some mom-n-pop stores in amidst the giants, like a kid's store, two hairdressers, etc. There are not many restaurant options, just a bagel place, salad place, Subway, and a Mexican place. This is a big Septa bus destination, which brings huge crowds, particularly on the weekends. Parking is also totally crowded, and drivers are miserable. The most recent renovation (a while ago at this point) changed the lot, so you are forced to the left or right when you enter at the front, and then funneled down lanes other than where you really want to go. It is a total mess, and causes a lot of road rage. Again, this is why I park in back. Anyone remember when Circuit City and Filene's were here? Or that basement discount store that got replaced by Jo-Ann's? I've been shopping at this place for many years! I think Marshall's is the only store that's been here forever, since the 80s.
