Now you must exit each store out into the cold or bad elements or summer heat to visit another. You might as well go downtown and shop on Market or Chestnut because this shopping area is no longer a destination. Formerly ,I got my one stop shopping done here about eight times a year but Because of the new configuration I've only been here twice since it opened. I'll never brave the elements in under 50 degree weather so that eliminates Thanksgiving through St Patrick's Day I'll not be shopping here. Who wants to run store to store or to the car in a rainstorm? And I know many people who feel the same way so in some cases they have lost a lot of business from those with disposable income. But it's a new day and someone probably got a promotion to executive Vice President for this good ( NOT!) idea. This place is pretty but if this was an attempt to compete with online shopping, it's a fail. Now 5 months a year I'll be taking the e-commerce route versus shopping here. Giving it 3 stars because its newer, pretty and clean.

There are a dozen or so restaurants and eateries, a movie theater--Movie Tavern, Wegmans, LA Fitness, Dick's Sporting Goods, Pet Smart, Michael's, and even some upscale retailers. There is also a medical facility in this complex. I've been to half a dozen or so restaurants and eateries here for the last two years such as Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Red Robin, Olive Garden, Zoup!, Panera Bread, and Zoe's. We frequent Wegmans when we're looking for some specialty grocery items, fresh seafood, and bulk poultry or meats. Having a large-scale grocery store with pub and restaurant (unfortunately currently closed, however) makes it very convenient for shopping and dining here. They also offer buffet-style ready made foods by weight for take outs. Speaking of which, they offer a myriad of ready-to-eat packaged fresh foods. Providence Town Center seems to offer a very good variety of eateries and retail stores for your needs and wants, and it's conveniently located off the Collegeville exit off Rte.422.

The food court had a good mix of Asian, Italian, salads, and fast foods. It would be better experience if they had more entrances/exits to the parking lot. You have to walk around the entire mall to get in/out.

Anyway, I drove by today, as I do almost everyday and noticed that they plan to add a farmers market! Gullifty's is still there and the management is looking for more stores to occupy the place. I suggest a planet fitness, another apple store, candy store, and maybe a daycare place. Right now, it's not really rate- able, but I guess it's worth 2 stars mainly because its an empty ghost town, but not for long!! I miss the old borders though... I used to love studying there. I am back in the area after summer travels and one of my first stops was Rosemont Square. Not only…read morehas it received a complete renovation, but the center has come alive with wonderful new tenants! I have used the nail salon for years and their newly expanded space is terrific. Joining them now is barre 3 fitness studio (need to try this asap!) and downstairs, my new favorite market: MOM's. Their store has it all: organic produce and meats, allergen-free options for everything from cheese and crackers to ice cream to healthy children's snacks and juices, and a HUGE selection of skincare products and vitamin supplements. They also offer free water to stay hydrated while you peruse their wide aisles or wait for your order from their Naked Lunch bar. I highly recommend the black bean burger....their juice bar is fantastic, also. Shopping here is truly eye-opening. And speaking of opening, I was excited to see the progress being made for the opening of the farmer's market. With vendors such as LeBus and Margaret Kuo's and Bella Olivia, among others, I am very eager for this part of the newly-renovated center to open. My routine stops to Rosemont Square for the pharmacy and the nail salon just got much more exciting!
