Due to the strange configuration, you have to enter at the light on Rte 320 near Staples and do the hairpin turn to get to most of the stores.

There is a hallway pass-through located in the corner of the L, between K&G and Carter's. The hallway used to smell like urine, but was repainted about a year ago, and is much nicer. It is all well-lit, but sometimes people hang out in there, and it can be sketchy. It still beats the craziness in the front lot, so I now park in back every time! This shopping center features mainly big anchor stores like Walmart, Old Navy, AMC 10 Theaters, Marshall's, PetSmart, Jo-Ann's, DSW, Burlington, etc. They also have Sally Beauty, Sleepy's, Bath & Body Works, Five Below, Jenny Craig, Dress Barn, and GameStop. There are some mom-n-pop stores in amidst the giants, like a kid's store, two hairdressers, etc. There are not many restaurant options, just a bagel place, salad place, Subway, and a Mexican place. This is a big Septa bus destination, which brings huge crowds, particularly on the weekends. Parking is also totally crowded, and drivers are miserable. The most recent renovation (a while ago at this point) changed the lot, so you are forced to the left or right when you enter at the front, and then funneled down lanes other than where you really want to go. It is a total mess, and causes a lot of road rage. Again, this is why I park in back. Anyone remember when Circuit City and Filene's were here? Or that basement discount store that got replaced by Jo-Ann's? I've been shopping at this place for many years! I think Marshall's is the only store that's been here forever, since the 80s.

I didn't plan this mall trip, but I ended up inside the mall thinking I was getting Egg-Foo-Young from a Chinese restaurant, but instead I settled for Sabrro Pizza. I'll review them in another post. Needless to say, there was no Egg-Foo-Young, but on my way out I noticed a store that had leggins on sale. It was actually an all leggins store for woman. This particular clothing store had a faint smell of a musty basement, but that didn't bother me as much as the cashier did. She was a big haired, dark-skinned female, medium/large in her size and she spoke softly. As I made my way to the rear of the clothing store I noticed several signs that read 50% off on some racks, but the rack that caught my eye was the one that read $3.99. Of course my feet lead me straight to that rack. As I browsed the rack's attire I couldn't help but notice the young lady cashier keep her eyes on me. I picked out three items. Before I made my way to the register to ring up my items I noticed a 50% sign on a rack with some waist cinchers and other undergarments for women who need to slightly have a little more squeeze. Although, I, myself am not very big I wanted to replace my old waist cincher. There were no prices on the tags of the garments so I called the young lady over to the racks, there were two, so she could assist me. After a slight hesitation, as if she didn't have feet to come to my aid, she made her way over and proceeded to inform me that the items were indeed half price, but she needed to check the prices and then she would be able to tell me the 50% total. I was ready to depart this store at this time for two reasons, the first being the long hassle and the second was because of the smell. I decided to leave the undergarments and simply buy the two pair of leggins I wanted and the jacket I had. All three clothing items were taken off the $3.99 rack to which the cashier eyed me the entire time. When I get to the register she begins to tell me that one of the leggins cost $25.00, the jacket was to a set that cost $15 or more, yet the jacket was a small and the pants that she claimed matched the jacket were a X-tra large and the final pair of leggings were $4.99. She obviously saw me take the clothing items off the $3.99 rack and she didn't even apologize for the mixup, she didn't offer me the price and she didn't not once stop complaining about how they stuck her in the store and she didn't know why the prices were what they were. But prior to this she acted as if she knew all about pricing when she was explaining to me about the 50% off undergarments. I just figured she needed some money for some more hair spray, lunch or she wanted leggins or something and tried to scam me. That is the oldest retail scam that cashiers do. The cashier will claim that they have no idea what is wrong with the prices, they will say that they can't make the correction and if you are stupid enough to purchase the over priced item that they give you and not the sale price that you see they will take the money they charged you and spend it on pocketbooks, sunglasses, drugs, liquor and their dusty boyfriends that probably put them up to the scam. Unfortunately, I've misplaced the receipt that should have the name of the store, but if I find it I will post it.

They had a junior section for like preteens and young teens. They have many of the same styles in different sizes, and have good prizes. For a pair of jeans it is about $17 For a tee shirt about $7 For a long sleeve shirt about $12 Pjs were around $15 give or take They also had accessories including bags, belts, shoes, socks, bras, and bath and body products. All in all you can find affordable, good quality clothes here for a lot less than in other stores. One more thing to add that's very important, there employees and very kind and make the experience a whole lot better.

Half of the stores are empty, there's an enormous Fashion Bug, like 18 dollar stores, and a uniform store. Oh and the nastiest K-Mart ever. Seriously, this must be government subsidized because it's always empty and never staffed. The video game store is horrible and will likely close soon (if it hasn't already) and even the restaurant, Italian Delight, left and opened up across the street. Oh, and the arcade and movie theatre of my youth are now gone.

In 2007 they did film some scenes for the upcoming movie 'Lovely Bones' , but I think all the sets have been dismantled, so it's not even worth a visit to see a movie set. The only negative here is that there is no handicapped parking anywhere near the labcorp even though there is a curb cut there and there should be. I have been coming to this place for years so, here goes!…read more I like how big Target stores are almost bursting with plenty of products. Coming in was the expected unusual set up I have known for ages. The registers are near the front and slightly to the left are the rows of carts waiting to be used. I wasn't as familiar with this place as the Springfield Mall location, though it wasn't too difficult for my friend Paul and I to find what he was looking for. My friend got groceries which wasn't very difficult as the layout of the food sections were pretty easy to access and understand. And I got a couple of odds and ends, one was finding a gift card moments before having to checkout. It was altogether a good visit. I would come here again hopefully soon!
