I'm sure there is a story to be told here. About the rise and fall of shopping in America. I nominate this shopping center as ground zero. It's in surprisingly good shape. Whoever owns it is taking very good care of the property. You don't notice the vacancies until you drive into the parking lot and see all the empty store fronts. It's very close to the Providence Crossing shopping center a mile or so up the road into Royersford. So I give it 5 stars because, although completely vacant, the current owner is taking care of it. Truly the best example of a ghost mall out there.

There are a dozen or so restaurants and eateries, a movie theater--Movie Tavern, Wegmans, LA Fitness, Dick's Sporting Goods, Pet Smart, Michael's, and even some upscale retailers. There is also a medical facility in this complex. I've been to half a dozen or so restaurants and eateries here for the last two years such as Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Red Robin, Olive Garden, Zoup!, Panera Bread, and Zoe's. We frequent Wegmans when we're looking for some specialty grocery items, fresh seafood, and bulk poultry or meats. Having a large-scale grocery store with pub and restaurant (unfortunately currently closed, however) makes it very convenient for shopping and dining here. They also offer buffet-style ready made foods by weight for take outs. Speaking of which, they offer a myriad of ready-to-eat packaged fresh foods. Providence Town Center seems to offer a very good variety of eateries and retail stores for your needs and wants, and it's conveniently located off the Collegeville exit off Rte.422.

It seems like a large, neat looking shopping center with anything you could ever want! Target, Giant, GameStop, Ross, Staples, Wawa...that's only what I've seen so far! There a few different strip malls in the shopping center, with plenty of stores to look at. It is very promising, and I look forward to coming back for anything I may need!

The food court had a good mix of Asian, Italian, salads, and fast foods. It would be better experience if they had more entrances/exits to the parking lot. She has taken upon herself to have cars towed that are there more than 8 hours. My car was towed without any notice. There is No signage about long term parking . EXCEPT a small sign all the way down the other side of the lot, attached to the grocery store. There is NO way anyone would know. It is NOT POSTED WHERE YOU CAN SEE IT. I WILL NOT SHOP IN THIS DEVELOPMENT OR USE ANY SERVICES AS LONG AS SHE IS THERE.

Not to be confused with the Marketplace at Collegeville Shopping Center next door (although there is a small road in the middle that connects the two shopping centers) this shopping center has a McDonalds, Philly Pretzel Factory, a Wells Fargo and many smaller stores as well in the stripmall. This is a neat little shopping center with interesting stores and to me it is worth checking out more of it.

I would be upset but this secret drink was splendid!! He said it wasn't on the menu and after further inspection he was indeed correct. Confused, I asked for his name and the name of the drink. All the handsome thick boy said was.. "shun" and disappeared. I hope he is here next time because that drink was better than sex!

She looks it up on the wrist computers employees carry, and after a few unsuccessful starts, she found it, quickly told me where it was in the store and was willing to take me to that item. That wasn't necessary BUT her willingness to go out of her way to help me is appreciated. Thanks Emma. Same shopping trip, at check up, my cashier, a young man named Jacob, was a delightful, necessary, employee doing his job with a pleasant attitude and positive customer service. I thought they both were good representives of what shopping a big store should be. I try not to use self service checkout. I spend enough money in your stores and I don't get an employee doing discoint for doing your employees' work. These two workers were needed and treated us very nicely. Thank you.
