I rarely went to Springfield Mall with Granite Run Mall only an extra 10-15 minutes away. Springfield Mall is essentially a Macy's with a load of womens' and teen girls' clothing stores, a Game Stop, a Borders Express, a Disney Store, and a Chadds Ford Winery store. In fact, the only times I ever really went in the last 5 years were to hit the Post Office that is open on Sundays. read more

Better than Granite Run (now defunct), Better than the $h!tty Gallery in Philly, but not as nice as K of P. It's a MALL! This one has a Target and an Ulta as well. The era of the "80's mall-mecca is darned near over. Disney Store, Claire's, Build-A-Bear, Children's Place - all stuff our 8 year old appreciates. It's fine - and I am glad it's here (I live in Target). No issues from me. Updated 2018 - Granite Run Mall has been demolished to build a new shopping/dining area. Springfield Mall is hanging on for a few more years. Target and Ulta (and possibly Macy's) are keeping things alive. read more

Yes, this mall has Charlotte Russe (one of my fave "dress for less" stores), a decent Target, Auntie Anne's pretzels, and a well priced fragrance vendor. Other than that, there's not much to see. The Macy's here is sub-par. Admittedly, sometimes I come here if I'm in the area shopping at Walmart/Old Navy/Five Below or watching a flick at the Marple 10. However, I would never make a special trip to this mall from home. read more

I truly love this mall. I am a journey shopper along with getting my eyebrows threaded and they have tons of children's stores for me to shop for my children. Eh. It's okay I guess. On the plus side, if you're looking for a chain store, you can probably find it here. (Victoria's Secret, Ulta, Journeys, Zumiez, and the Shoe Department are here, to name a few.) Plus there's Target, which is an added convenience, especially considering that it stays open late. Friendly's has been here at least since I was in high school (going back almost thirty years!), which I think is pretty darn impressive. Macy's is okay and sells their customary high-end merchandise. This isn't destination shopping, as the mall suffers from a dearth of amenities (only one public bathroom and no food court), is relatively small, and has little variety in the way of merchandise. (Most stores are clothing stores for young women.) This is the kind of mall where you run in, grab what you need, and leave. Be prepared to wade through hordes of A-stay-at-home-moms pushing kids in cages (if you come during the day), and B-teenagers. (If you come at night.) They got rid of the post office a few years back, which kind of sucks. Smells a little like ass on the lower level. I think another reviewer complained about it, too. Well, what can I say? It's a decent mall. Has all your basic necessities. Plenty of parking. A few high end stores & also cheaper ones. The air conditioning in the mall however is utterly awful, especially in Macy's. It's definitely 80+ degrees in that store which makes me not want to try anything on. The food court is good. My favorite is Sabarros. Awesome pizza & sides. Typically super busy on Friday nights & Saturdays. Good to walk around in if you're bored & just looking for something to kill time. read more

IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GIVE 0 stars I would. GADGET WORLD IS THE WORST STORE IN THE MALL AND WORST STORE EVER!!!!!! WORST OWNER AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I bought my son 300$ for a hover board and led sneakers. The owner Ali told me how to get this certain one and how a cover isn't necessary and I even asked multiple times if I was getting the best hover board and he said it is because it has a year warranty. So today 12 hours after the purchase my son put the sneakers on and got on the hover board in a empty parking lot and within 45 mins the hover board malfunctioned and it didn't spin and the sneaker lights went all crazy on the one shoe and the hover board was all scratched. After 5 minutes the first stickers started coming off the board causing it to be scratched and not just that it wouldn't ride. So I went to the store so upset that I spent all this money and both things were cheap and broken obviously. The owner said it's a consumer problem not a product defect. It's a freaking lie and the owner told me he would fix it and replace the cover. Would u want to put your kid on a lemon hover board? I pleaded with the cocky worker in the store and she didn't care about my sons saftey either. Why would u fix a lemon. It's not like I came in a month later with this problem it was 12 hours. I waited 3 years of my son begging for one of these things and the owner sold me on how good the hover board was and safe and if it can't even be ridden for 45 minutes like a regular kid without it breaking how fair is that to me and they won't give me my money back!!! I will trash them on every sight I can and tell everyone and anyone who will listen about how horrible this store is and how they don't care about the saftey of the children. The security officers were even called and I know they agree with me and there isn't anything they can do and while I was in there there were 5 returns for defective merchandise so if u know what's good for you don't go to the gadget world in the Springfield mall. read more

Entrance had the worst most disgustingly dirty doors I have ever seen for a public establishment. The inside was better, but the foul odors coming from the restrooms negated any possible redemption for the cleanliness of the stores. Glad I don't live close enough to have to worry about ever coming back. read more

I was at Finish line sneaker store in Springfield Mall and it was 5 mins before closing and Mrs. Fallon Welcomed me and my family in with open arms. I have literally watched this mall transform. When I located to the area in 2006, after my military service. The mall was known simply as: Springfield Mall, which very few people frequented. Today, it is known as Springfield Towne Center appropriately. It has all the bells and whistles, to include a Starbucks in a very convenient location. Regal Cinemas has the theater, showing all the latest in motion pictures. And of course, you have your major department stores.....Macy's, Target, and The Disney Store. I'm adding a second star for the clearance section at Ann Taylor Loft. I had been eyeing up a few things, just waiting to pounce when the price was right. The air conditioning is set so hot in there that you are irritable and want to leave before you even realize that, once again, you aren't going to find what you are looking for in this lame mall. It's easily 80 + degrees in there all summer long and sticky with humidity, too. read more

The worst bath and body works I EVER BEEN TOO. The staff was rude and unfriendly and rushed me out of there. I felt very unhappy with my visit and because.of this i will take my business other places. While this mall is a decent place to shop This store deserves ZERO stars! Complete and utter disrespect for customers! After I asked, and the cashiers took my name & number, I Waited over four hours (in and around the store) for a particular gaming system they guaranteed would be in the current shipment. I when went into the store and waited an additional 45 mins in line only to have it sold to others as I waited in line for mine!!! They called another Game Stop (In Marple Crossroads) to have them hold a system only toy have that one sold out from under me!!! Marples cashier was completely rude!!! This mall is fine -- nothing special. It has a Target and Macy's which is perfect for me. Add in an Ulta and I'm one happy gal. It's a good alternative for those in the area that don't need or want to drive to King of Prussia. I'm not sure how it is on Friday/Saturday nights, as I avoid malls like the plague at those times. read more

Springfield mall brings so many memories of me as a child. They used to have a lot of stores that made my childhood more great like KB toys and that movie store they had. They have several restaurants to go to such as friendlies, carabbas, ruby Tuesday's, tony luke's, sabarro, and the Asian bistro. The target there is pretty decent, same for the Macy's. The parking is awful though, it's always grounded. The Ulta is my go-to makeup place and I'm happy it's so close to my house. Overall good mall. read more

I came to the Springfield Mall Sunday which is only 6 days until Christmas . I was very very very disappointed to see they had absolutely no christmas directions in the mall , they didn't even have Christmas music playing in the mall & lastly with it being a week before Christmas Santa was gone by 6 o'clock . Giving a 1 star rating is being generous!!! Was relocating from New York to Los Angeles ... And decided to visit alot of my friends in the Philly area... Toward the latter end of my visit... Since Christmas is approaching... I went shopping to get my friends parting gifts. I selected some gifts for a particular family residing in Havertown. There I was standing... in line at Macy's... The shoppers ahead of me... their purchases was being processed through the cashiers very fast. Everyone was paying with their credit cards/debit cards... I carried only $20.00 in my wallet and my purchases totalled just over $60.00. SO i had my Credit card out readily... As I laid my items on the counter and handed my card to this older caucasian lady(somewhere around mid 50ish years old)... I handed my card to her... She looked at my card... and then looked at my appearance... and then asked me for another form of ID. I asked if there's a problem ... She replied... "She just needed to make sure I am this person on this Credit card". I realized... That I was the only non white in line... She did not ask for IDs of those that were in front of me... after about 10minutes at the cashier of being scrutinized... my card was ran thru approved... I wanted to rip her head off... but decided to keep my composure and see if she ask for the other shoppers ID(s)(all caucasian)... Nope... Not at all! I would not be surprised if she pissed off a future shopper and they come back going postal on her Ass! read more

I love this mall, its a life saver for me. Its small but decent and has most of the stores that you would look forward to in a mall. This mall is my one stop shop for anything that i want right from grocery(target), apparels,accessories(target, ny&c, express, american eagle,macys, bath and body, ulta,victorias...),dining(carrabas,ruby..), a brow studio, dollar store and ofcourse the mall greasy chinese food which we all like!! read more

This mall is always crowded, unless you go at like 10:30AM on a weekday during the fall or winter (summer the kids are out of school). I like going in this off time when no one else is around and it makes it a pretty enjoyable shopping experience. I like that Target is attached to the mall, because that way when you're done your shopping you can head over to Target for whatever else you might need. Pretty good selection of stores for a smaller size mall, some of the highlights are the Ulta, Bath and Body Works, New York & Co, Express, Macy's, and a few others I'm forgetting. All in all this is a great mall to have nearby, and if you can't find what you need here you can always head over to KOP (just about 25 minute drive away). read more

5 STARS SO U CAN SEE even though I like this mall, the dollar deals store here is horrible. no matter what culture you are you'll never feel appreciated by the one man who runs this store. he is always yelling "no play" and stalking you around the store. he just accused me and my friends of stealing, and he also yelled at me for not buying anything. he told me I wasn't allowed to look at the colors of the makeup there. clearly he doesn't know how to run a store. at places like Sephora, ulta, and even target you can open makeup, and the good brands there always show that everything is true to color. at a store like this, you can never trust the brands, yet I still get yelled at for checking, and it's not like anything was sealed. no matter how cheap you want something, avoid going in there. read more
