The Dress Matters is a charming and intimate bridal boutique. We had our own little showroom…read more(myself and 3 guests), and we were allowed to shop through the dresses. I chose this as one of my shops because they carry Tina Valerdi, and Debbie pulled every Tina Valerdi gown they had for me :) The selection is beautiful, and she was kind, patient, and friendly. She even stayed past my appointment time to help me. I posted pictures of my 2 favorite dresses at her salon. One of them is a sample dress for only $100!!!!! At the time of my visit, it was my top pick, and she graciously offered to hold it for 24 hours for me. Although I ultimately chose a dress from another boutique, I am so glad I came to The Dress Matters. Thank you!!!

I had an extremely unprofessional experience with this business…read more I dropped off materials to be altered and was told that an invoice would be sent later that same day. The invoice never came. After hearing nothing for an entire month, I had to call the store myself just to find out what was going on. During that call, the staff seemed confused about my order. The person I spoke with apologized and acknowledged that the store had failed to send the invoice as promised. Despite their mistake and the lack of communication on their end, I was later told they would no longer work on my materials. This was completely unexpected and very disappointing, especially considering I had been patient throughout the entire process. What made the situation worse was the tone and lack of professionalism in the response I received when trying to address the issue. As a customer, I should not have to chase down basic information about an order that has been sitting with a business for a month. At this point, I have asked that my materials simply be returned in the same condition in which they were dropped off. I strongly recommend that anyone considering using this business be aware of the poor communication and lack of professionalism I experienced.

No estimations were provided at the initial appointment. I knew I was going to pay more than alterations at a dry cleaner, but I was beyond shocked to find out that alterations for two dresses was $620! Upon receiving the bill to my email before the pick-up appointment, I called to inquire. He was charging $69 alone to add a spaghetti strap to my daughter's dress from leftover material taken from the dress itself! I would not recommend SewRob to anyone unless you like the feeling of being ripped off. Highly disappointed with the entire experience.

I came into the Bridal Manor on July 31st 2021 and needed a wedding dress by my October wedding. I know - crazy. Off the rack was the only option and I heard great things about their selection. Janine assisted me and was so helpful, pulling beautiful dresses within the style I was looking for. We tried a few others as well for comparison. I think in total I tried 8 dresses and the 3rd one she pulled ended up being THE ONE. The process was seamless and I was able to take home my dress that day. It needed a few alterations which I had to take somewhere else for the tight turnaround time, but it was reasonably priced and just the right size. I highly recommend them for an intimate boutique experience.

I particularly love Brooks and haven't bought a pair anywhere else in about seven years because the price is always right. They have all of the current vendors of fitness shoes for walking, running, cross training etc. They also have very high quality socks, economically priced. Nilah was friendly, efficient, and professional to work with.
