She said she would send me "the form" again. Which asked the same questions I had already answered. I said do not send me a form, give me a credit. I told her to just give me a credit for 11.00 freaking dollars. She said sure, and I hung up. Guess what's in my email? A FORM. They "may get back to me in three days, once I send back the form.
