It's been so long, I thought surely I would have to pay. When I saw Jimmy at the door, he said that bag is free sir! How did he remember? Soon my bag came back as if it's brand new. Except, I have my bag back and they even found expensive tools and parts that were lodged in the bag, and I couldn't get them out. Briggs and Riley disassembled the bag and got my parts back free of charge. I can still hear Carmen's voice, and his awesome son Jimmy was happy to help me for free. We love our Tumi bags, but this bad is my keeper! I happily recommend Bag and Bagage, no matter what you buy. I lean to the special qualities of Briggs and Riley.

Ecstatic and energized was I traversing the store seeing locally designed and hand made items and additional handmade items from across the United States. Everything here is American made. Everything I saw there was pretty and of high quality. Amazingly,I left there with a still heavy wallet even after purchasing 4 Christmas gifts at surprisingly reasonable prices. While the offering of products and pieces is great, the staff makes the shopping experience incredibly challenging and I am becoming increasingly disenchanted with each visit. One staff member (not sure of her name) in particular has a tendency to be incredibly standoffish and unwelcoming, with the staff members seeming to be wrapped up in their own conversation for the entirety of our 15 minute stop into the Brinton Lake location, with not so much as a glance, let alone a greeting. While I've shopped at this location for years, I feel confident in the decision to leave the site and drive a distance to another location. Or, better yet, I'll just shop online. As someone who has worked in retail, it's not hard to show customers politeness and pleasantries, even in the slightest of ways. Thank you for not giving me a reason to give you undeserved commission. I won't be back.
