It was a little sketchy walking in because we did not expect the store to be so small and there were no customers on a Saturday afternoon. There were not many products either. The man helping us gave us an issue because of our "sudden" switch for phone plans. He also asked for a physical copy of our social security card and previous W2, which I did not think we had to show to get a new phone plan. He called someone on their phone and then she gave us an issue about it, so we just ended up walking out. I'm glad we did because we reached out to another larger Verizon store and they said we definitely should not be giving them our social security card and W2 form. Do not go here for anything!

Of course there's plenty of parking. I walked over to the customer service desk because I was in a crunch for time and knew I did not have time to figure out where things were in the store. I encountered a Gentleman. I told him that I had minutes on my lunch break to spare and what I needed. He actually walked me through the store and over to the area and showed me what I was looking for. I thought that was very nice. I found out that this gentleman's name was Christian. He really rocked! Great energy and customer service! He even welcomed me to the store and guaranteed me that I would love this location. After looking around for a little bit, I knew that I would, but I had to leave so I made a mad dash for the register which was a no wait line. I am a part of the Target circle 360 rewards program however I wasn't sure if I needed to put my number in to get the discounts that I was offered on the products that I purchased. Jonathan was the cashier and he was grateful enough to assist me as well making my time in this line very short. I noticed that they also have a CVS on site which I am not aware of in any other targets in my area. They also have the Starbucks and Pizza Hut area. Not to mention that as I was taking back my son's iPad, their employee broke it into many pieces, whereas it had only been a single crack before. Next we tried here. They had the glass in stock. They were $40 less than the other place and they had it fixed in a little over an hour. Crisis averted! Son is happy again! The work is guaranteed for 90 days, in case anything isn't as it should be.
