We also bought one iPhone 7, all of these with unlimited Lte service. Sounds great, it was until we found out that we were lied to!!!! They told us that there was there was NO ACTIVATION FEES and We also declined the insurance!!!! Believe it or not our online bill was ready the next day. Guess what, ALL 3 HAD ACTIVATION FEES AND THE IPADS DATA WAS NOT $10 A MONTH BUT $40, AS PROMISED!!!! It gets even worse! We were also charged for the insurance on each of these products of $7.99. It took 2 different days on the phone with customer service to fix the lies and fraud we went through with this dealer. The first day I spent 5 hour with customer service telling them what had happened to me, with 4 different supervisors. 4 because they hung up on me 3 different times after being put on hold for hours at a time. Finally they agreed to wave the charges and promised to credit my bill. So I went to check my new bill online 3 days later like they said to do and guess what? The same bill no change!!! So I had to start over all again. This time I called in told to tell them what I was going through and they said they had my records from the previous calls and said the would transfer me to a supervisor to fix the problem. They transferred me not to a supervisor but to the cancellation department. Maybe GOD was giving me a chance to end this experience. But I called back again!!! Finally I got a supervisor told them what I been dealing with and they again promised that they finally fixed the fraud. But here the coup de grace to the back of my head, they said since my bill has already been processed they can't credit my bill until the next billing cycle. Now I understand where AT&T got all that money to buy DirecTV!!!! This may be the only yelp posting that I could ask for maybe a negative one or two stars

Unfortunately they didn't have a spare part and charged me for the labor they spent opening up the phone. Okay, fair enough, I don't want to make people work for free, but I thought they might credit that to me in the future should I have a repair. Which I did, just about a month later. I was 48 hours away from trading in my iPhone XS when I dropped it and broke the screen, needing an expensive repair. While I was not given the $50 in labor I had previously spent (and didn't get a repair) I was given a $10 discount and a working phone about 90 minutes after I dropped it off. Will probably come back here if I need to in the future, but this place is definitely at or above market price, and expect to pay for work even if your phone doesn't get fixed.

I will be forever grateful to the wonderful people at Epoch IT. My laptop was hacked and I…read moresearched for computer services and saw Epoch listed. I called and the woman who answered (second ring, by the way, no long drawn-out introduction message) listened patiently and empathetically as I went on, and on, and on, about how embarrassed I was and I knew better, etc. She assured me Epoch would be happy to make it all better. No pressure or hype, just bring the laptop in and Epoch will take care of getting rid of any malicious software that the hackers loaded onto my hard drive. I did that and in less than 24 hours (yes, a little $$$ extra for expedited service) my laptop was clean as a whistle. Matt and Doo Yen were wonderful. So pleasant and patient which is exactly what I needed. This hacking event spurred me on to get a new desktop and Matt came and picked up both the old and the new desktop and brought it back the next day with all of my files loaded onto my new machine. Matt made it easy for me to access all of my files which is amazing if you've ever had to bring all of your files over from an old computer to a new one. I am up and running again (I work part time for a lawyer) and I feel assured my machines are clean and running at peak speed and Epoch turned a very stressful situation into a happy ending. Ordered the screen for my wife's phone said 3 days okay would call me when it was done.... three days no call. I go there they damaged the new screen. Would take another 3 days for the new screen to get there and they would call me....3 days no call. I called 3 times no answer. Go there the screen won't get there until the next week. Couldn't call me or answer phone to let me know. Finally the following week it was finished. They did call. The ONLY time they called me. This is a very poorly run business....all I can say. They raised my rate after a year, as expected. I called and asked for my old rate back and they extended it for another year. Pretty good! The next year, I asked for the same thing, but they wouldn't give me the discount. It doesn't hurt to ask. Now, the rate keeps climbing little by little. It's almost to $100/month. Still not bad and a good deal for the speed I get, but I do wonder how high it will climb.
