I called first and Jesus picked up and he was very knowledgeable and courteous over the phone. Upon arriving, I parked on the street and once I entered the store, Tenisha properly greeted me and told me that someone else would be with me as soon as possible because both her and Jesus were helping another customers at the time. I only had to wait less than 5 minutes for Tenisha to finish up with her customer and she asked me what I was there for and I told her that I was there to see Jesus and she started the process of helping me with what I came in there for. Tenisha was also knowledgeable of the product that I wanted to have and described the prime features. I came in for AirPods and left out a happy camper. I appreciated that they were patient with me, smiled and opened up my package in a nice and neat manner and showed me how to utilize my product prior to me exiting the store. Here we are again. A few years ago we had to leave TMobile for Verizon as my daughter could not get a signal at her college but were told that TMobile would eventually have towers there. Again, Tanisha was there to help me upgrade my phone and transfer me from Verizon. As expected, she performed flawlessly and I can't say too much about her service. She is an amazing asset to the TMobile brand and should be rewarded for her consistently great service over the years. read more

Incredibly unhelpful. Was in the store and within seconds told to call customer care to create a new account, minutes after being off the phone with customer care saying I was good to go into a store to set up a new account in person (I was keeping a number but changing phones.) Both women were incredibly unhelpful, and as if they were just unwilling to help. I even asked if we could call from there together and figure it out, and they said "that's on you." Shame, they won't be getting the new account commission. And a bigger shame, I was one of the few T-Mobile advocates until this point. read more

I've been to this store several times with various technical issues, new activation, etc. The staff have always been super helpful, friendly and courteous. They are knowledgeable about the products and have never taken long to fix issues. I'm usually in and out in a jiffy, even if there's a line but for the most part, I have never had to wait long for service. T-mobile Corporate overall is okay - I've had some issues regarding my account and they were above par with rectifying it quickly. Prior, I had Sprint as a carrier who were the worst in service and price for the spotty coverage so T-mobile was no contest as far as filling their shoes. My bill is far cheaper and I get more with better service. read more

Tonisha was the best part of my experience here...I came to set up my new iWatch and iPhone. While there were only 2 customer service reps available Tonisha was the only representative willing and able to help. It was close to closing and I was beginning to feel that I might have inconvenienced the other representative Tonisha gave assistance in a patient and efficient manner. I would have given more stars but fear that Tonisha might not be there would give the wrong impression. read more

I have found my favorite T-Mobile store ever. This location in Roxborough is convenient with free parking in the back and the sales people are friendly and helpful. I get friendly and fast service there and the employees actually take their time explaining things properly to me. After reading the reviews for this location I was skeptic about going there however I am glad I gave it a go. I walked in with a billing issue and the employee went above and beyond to fix my issue and save me $40 on my bill. I just recently bought my iPhone there and I got a call from the manager asking about my service at the store as well as the company overall service. I usually don't write reviews for non-restaurant locations but I had to comment on this one. Highly recommended! read more

I have been with t mobile for many years. Went in to buy 2 new phones. The phones we ordered were not coming in for 2 days. We were ok with that. Next day t mobile text me & said phones were on back order for up to 6 months. We canceled that order on the phone & ordered new ones. 1 1/2 weeks later this store calls me & tells me I have to pick them up & return them myself. 1-800-tmobile said it is because this store does not help the customer out & they were looking into it. Don't Switch!!! They told me they would pay my final bill and cancelation bill and they lied, boy did they lie! They didn't pay, when I followed up they acted like it was in order but here I am months later with broken promises. People lie to me all the time but not as bad as T Mobile did. read more

the worst store for the worst cell phones and cell service. run away. do not go here. my less than 2 year old android from them was allegedly not fixable due to a charger port problem. they sold me the T-mobile Revvl android, which wouldn't send group messages by text despite having them play with it for a while. so i returned it for a full refund. they were no help on the phone at customer service at T-Mobile either. read more

Do not use this location for any services if you are a T-Mobile customer. I went there February 6th 2014 to discuss having my phone fixed or replaced for it was having issues holding the charge. I did not end up conducting any business but merely discussed my options with a young woman named Jasmine. She attempted to persuad me to buy the same phone but for the price of $432 instead of potentially enacting my insurance and paying the $150 deductible. Obviously if I were going to replace the phone I would of taken the insurance option and saved almost $300 instead of purchasing brand new. As I mentioned I left without making any transactions or making any changes to my account or so I thought. The next morning I awoke to a message on my phone from T-Mobile thanking me for my changes to go into effect Feb. 14th. After further review I found out she had added a $15 monthly charge to my account for upgraded internet speed. No changes to my plan were ever even discussed on my visit to the store that previous day. I went back in after seeing the message and had another woman remove the $15 per month charge that was due to go into effect one week from that Friday. Well Friday the 14th comes and I no longer have any internet service on my phone except for my home wifi service. Yet again I had to go back to straighten out this new issue. The two women there told me to go home and call some number they wrote down to straighten things out myself. I told them that was not an option and if we were going to call that they should be the ones to call from the store phone. Miraculously they then were then able to restore my internet service on the spot with a few clicks on their in store computer. Thinkning my issues were resolved I left only to yet AGAIN receive another T-Mobile text thanking me for my changes to my account. They again took it upon themselves to add a $8 per month "hands free device charge". Yet again I had to take more time to remove this new monthly charge I never asked for in the first place but did it over the phone as opposed to going into the store and potentially getting ripped off again. This store is one block from my house so that is why I would continue to go there but never again. I've been to many other T-Mobile stores and never had any issues such as these. After speaking to a friend of mine who works at Verizon he told me what they did is called "slamming the account" to meet their quotas and that what they were doing was illegal. I'd giving this location zero stars if possible. Do not waste your time going there if you are a T-Mobile customer. read more
