My daughter was having trouble with her phone. She is currently in a foreign country. She wasn't receiving texts or voicemails. The people in the store got on the phone with my daughter and troubleshot the system. The phone was up and running within a half an hour. Excellent service! Greatly appreciated! read more

The manager stopped a transaction even when the owner of the account was on the line. He had no problem waiting on the other customers but was a suspicious of an African American customer trying to get his new phone, as an authorized user. Poor management. Poor customer service. Bought my samsung galaxy S6 here last November, really splurged for it, I was excited. The phone they sold me had manufacturing defects, the headphone jack was broken. Brought the phone back as soon as I was able to and tried to exchange it FOR THE SAME DANG PHONE, not like I was trying to pull a fast one here. Was informed that I was just outside of their 14 day return period and that they would not replace the product and I needed to go through warranty. IT WAS ONLY 17 DAYS and they had sold me a broken product!!! The sales rep (who was the same guy who had sold me the phone days earlier) was extremely rude and tried to tell me the issue was I was using apple's headphones. I had to insist he try his samsung headphones on my broken phone before he admitted that maybe the phone was broken. To add insult to annoyance he tried to get me to leave by bribing me with free samsung headphones. Seriously dude? Seriously!? read more

They do Have the iPhone 4s in stock and is probably the only store within 50 miles to do so. Only the 32 gb though. I called in the morning and they reserved one for me. It only took 10 min for them to set everything up and I was on my way with a new phone. Plus the location is great; it's near Margaret kuo's, great harvest, and aux petit delices. So get a phone and then get lunch or a treat. read more

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do. I was on the phone with customer service last night for over an hour. Jonathan added the ATT coverage to my son's line, which we didn't approve. He assured me that nothing was changed on my account, and at least 2 things were altered. Perhaps some better training is in order, or having a more experienced person in the store could help. I have nothing but positive things to say about Sama. Very professional, could see how things were going south, and tried to help. read more

Updating my review. I've recently had some issues with the SIM card in my phone so I called the store to see what my options were. I spoke with a manager and immediately he goes off about how Apple does this on purpose to get people to buy new phones, on and on trash talking a company that I'm assuming drives much of his business. He then goes into slimy salesperson mode and tries to tell me he's going to give me a "deal" essentially I would have gotten (and paid for 2 new phones) and I would have also changed my plan as well.. costing hundreds of dollars. This didn't feel right at all especially because a SIM card can be replaced easily. I then called Apple where they explained to me that they actually can't help me with this issue because the SIM card is hardware of my SERVICE PROVIDER not apple's. They nice man on the phone then gave me some trouble shooting tips and those have helped greatly and I haven't had to replace anything. Moral of the story; these phone store people just want to make a buck and will flat out lie to you about THEIR crappy hardware to get you to buy more phones. Disgusting. Don't fall for their garbage, if you have an issue, much like seeing a doctor- go get a second opinion. read more

The gentleman that works here scammed my family. He assured us that one phone was $95 and another was free. However, $95 was just the sales tax for 1 of the phones, which was not free. He also created an ENTIRELY new telephone number, which we are paying for, that we don't even have a phone for. Yes, a phone number that is being charged monthly to our account with no device that goes with the phone number. We went in to only buy a phone case and left thinking we paid $95 for a phone, and the other phone was free. Got a full priced phone, paid $95 in tax, and are continuing to pay for an additional number on a non-existent phone, only to find out all of this when going through our AT&T account online. On the way out, he asked us to leave a good review. No, sir. read more

I do not like to write negative reviews; however, my 85 year old dad and I just had a HORRIBLE customer service experience on Christmas Eve with Edvard, a ATT rep in the Wayne store. My dad wanted to buy my mom an Iphone for Christmas and Edvard was completely incompetent. He couldn't find the account; was giving incorrect information and most awful (and the reason I am writing this review) he spent most of his time screaming at the customers (me and my dad). I am cancelling my own ATT service on all my phones. Moving to Verizon. Thank you Edvard, you just lost a big spending customer. read more

The worst. All they care about is getting the most money out of your pockets. My husband spent tons of money there. We went there and wanted to take a few phone numbers off our account and they completed blew him off. We drove to at&t in king of Prussia where they were helpful kind and caring. Stay away!!! This store should not even get one star. I stopped here to upgrade two lines on my att account. My first interaction was with the owner - she did not greet me but rudely told me that I could not go near any displays because they were putting up new items. They should do that after hours! Next I was told that the two phones that I wanted to order would be in before 12/22 in time for Christmas (I told the sales person they were presents and if they would not be I would not order them. He assured my they would be. So I ordered. To top off the poor customer service, I asked to use the bathroom and they said it was not for customers!! Well today is the 22nd and they were not in. I called and was put on hold and after 10 minutes had to call back. I was told that they could not check on status that I would need to do that. I did and ATT said that they were never supposed to be shipped until 1/8 at the earliest. This store is just after commissions and will tell you anything to get a sale. Do not go there. I ended up canceling with ATT directl and went to Best Buy who had the ATT phones I wanted in stock, upgraded me for a better price and do not work on commission. 45 minutes later I left with the phones in time for Christmas.
