After a visit to "A local big-box store that has computer services" mom came home with a PC that was in absolute dire repair, with store provided bloat ware and there was nothing I could do. Which leads me to Epoch, a friend had told me about the service, so I reached out to see if they could do something local for my mom. After details were exchanged, they gave me a rough estimate of cost and away they went. After much PC cleaning, they managed to get mom up and running again and all the bloatware removed. They were very patient! I would definitely recommend them to all the remote-children out there who can't always solve the parents IT issues.

Not to mention that as I was taking back my son's iPad, their employee broke it into many pieces, whereas it had only been a single crack before. Next we tried here. They had the glass in stock. They were $40 less than the other place and they had it fixed in a little over an hour. Crisis averted! Son is happy again! The work is guaranteed for 90 days, in case anything isn't as it should be. Regarding customer interactions, there's room for improvement. Their approach often seems detached from customer concerns, giving the impression that profit takes precedence over customer satisfaction. Recalling my own experience, I once visited iGeeks to have my camcorder repaired. Regrettably, the person in charge was engrossed in a phone conversation and didn't attend to my needs, which felt dismissive. To summarize, while I had no intention of engaging with iGeeks directly, their practices have indirectly affected our work environment near them.
