If only I could give 1 star. This place is dreadful. I came in to get an extender because Verizon service is so bad. Verizon told me to come here. The didn't have the extender, said they don't control their inventory and they told me to go home. I said I was going to cancel Verizon, and they good look with that. I told them that getting anywhere with Verizon was like route canal. (This past Saturday we spent 2 hours on the phone.) Stay away from this store. STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON. read more

The rep, Max, never mentioned the $35 activation fee per device. I found out only after my first bill arrived, nearly $500, more than double what I expected. Max also told me adding my daughter's Apple Watch and tablet would cost "a couple more dollars a month." In reality, they added $32/month, plus activation fees. If I'd been told the truth up front, I would've never added those devices. I called the store to raise my concerns. Max wasn't available, and the rep I spoke to, Eric, admitted it was frustrating but said there was nothing he could do. He told me to call AT&T customer service. Thankfully, their corporate team fixed it: they removed the charges, canceled the added lines, and issued refunds. Still, the damage was done. I felt completely misled and taken advantage of. This wasn't a small oversight, it was a failure in basic honesty and customer service. If AT&T wants long-term customer loyalty and a strong reputation, they need to hold their retail reps accountable. I won't return to this store, and I strongly urge anyone going in to demand clear, written cost breakdowns before signing anything.

I've filed two complaints against then with the FCC due to their lack of service and the nearly abusive attitude I of their online presence as well as the lack of assistance from their complaints group. They even led to the FCC in their response top the second complaint I filed, but, because they answered the complaint, the FCC closed it without taking any action, making them equally useless.
