Scott has been my go to guy since the late 90's. Very knowledgeable about the subtle and often times not so subtle nuances that come with plumbing in older homes. 1-Star is being kind! We have used Aspen Plumbing for years at our business and for the most part always did a good job. So we called Scott to install shower faucets/toilet at my house, Scott came to my office to go over what needed to be done and set a date for the install. I called the day before install he told me he be their around 9 in the morning and 9 came and went at 10am I called him and was told he wasn't going to make it! NO call from him to let me know, he told me he would be there the next day at 7am and NO Scott or call! Very unprofessional! Still have not herd from him and it's now five days later. I called someone else and he came today. Guess Scott doesn't need the business. So why didn't he just say that to begin with????? read more

My husband called this company yesterday, and we were able to get someone out today. Scott called me to let me know his current work was taking longer than he had anticipated, and he would be later than expected. He called before arriving, and then discussed the problem knowledgeably and in everyday terms. He repaired the multiple leaks and cracks and charged a reasonable amount. To me, that is the bare minimum with a service call. What bumps Scott's service to a 4 star is the use of social skills, which can be lacking with some workers in this field. He identified himself by name and called me by name; he was well-spoken, easily understood, and made eye contact with me. He also did not speak down to me or make negative assumptions as can be the case. He was a great blend of friendly but professional. I had Aspen plumbing come out to service my water softener they took my softener and had it repacked ever cents they reinstalled it has not worked first they came back out and discovered that they did not turn water valve on now you will be good NOT I had another plumber come out and he had found that they had not tightened water line in salt reservoir so now I got a flood in my house and have to replace carpet read more
