Vincent returned my call immediately. He then showed up on time and worked tirelessly in 113 degree heat getting my cement covers off of my septic tank. My covers had been glued on and after a long struggle in extreme heat he was able to remove them. My tank was a mess, but when he left it was spotless. Vincent washed the inside of the tank, and did a fantastic job. I am very old grouchy and picky, did I mention CHEAP?! I'm just so impressed that I wanted others to know. I contacted Vincent about septic tank pumping on Friday. It was not an emergency so, he scheduled me for Monday. On Monday, he communicated about 2 hours prior to our appointment that he was going to be delayed. I had time to do the things I needed to do. It worked out well for all of us. Once he arrived he quickly located the opening to the tank and dug down to open it all by hand, no excavator. Then, he got right to business. The tank was quite full as it hadn't been pump in several years. It got away from me. I'm grateful there were no issues. He emptied it out, closed it up, marked where the opening was with a stick & filled in the hole. He even raked & smoother the truck & hose tracks. Vincent is very knowledgeable , hard working, and kind. I will be calling him in a few years when it is due to be done again. In the meantime, I will refer him to anyone that asks. Vincent lived up to the great reviews I read. We had a morning appointment. He was on time and messaged me keeping me updated about his ETA. The lid on our septic tank was not a normal one and required an additional Hoist and Vincent was going to rescheduled the appointment however he kept attempting a work around that eventually succeeded . He got the lid off, pumped the septic tank, inspected it thoroughly, completed everything, packed up his truck and had all my paperwork and Certificate and invoice ready and he was done all before Noon!
