We hired them to take out an old septic and replace with a new one. Sounds simple? We explained to them that the septic services two buildings and one building isn't even functioning at all. For starters they took out the old one and put the new one in the wrong place so it failed inspection. They kept failing inspections and it caused the process to go on for months and months. When they finally figured out where the septic was supposed to go, they didn't hook it up to our only bathroom??! Communication is terrible and their response to me no longer having a usable bathroom was "nobody told us about that bathroom" , bull crap Able was told. so now I've paid thousands of dollars for septic that isn't hooked up to anything. We have to pay to have a porta potty put on the property so our employees can go to the bathroom. They blamed us for not knowing where property lines where, but they were working on all the permits. They offered no resolution to their screw ups and were left us with no working bathrooms! It's costing us more money to have someone else fix their mess. I'd stay away. read more

He came with his backhoe and of course our tank was deeper than expected and he was deep in the project trying to run a riser to allow for easy emptying moving forward. I can assure you many would have arrived and said no thanks to this job, not this company. He went the extra mile and he will be the only company I use in the future. While his job description doesn't include cutting tree branches or a low bamboo barrier fence in the way of the backhoe... he felt obliged to not leave, and helped me with the branch removal(working outside the box and scope). We used this company because they are local for our area. They were able to get us in quickly and their rates for septic pumping were competitive. I needed them to come back a couple of days later because something got clogged in the lines after our system was pumped. They came out the same day I called and took care of it in 15 minutes.
