We have a very old water heater. However, have a very good water system and turned out the water heater had zero rust when drained. I suspect most other plumbers would have said we need a new water heater. But they were honest and said probably only needed a new igniter. Then found out it just needed cleaning. Unheard of honesty. They are always a first call and preferred provider. 2) They proactively did a one year follow up on a new AC system. Asked them to look at a few other things.
