I've thought about this for a few days now so here goes…read more After about 10 months the system they installed started leeching up creating a wet spot in our yard over the 3 large chambers they originally installed. Shane said that right after installing our system they started having problems with this type of system. So they made it right at tremendous expense to themselves. My biggest gripes are; 1) they very rarely showed up when they said they would. 2) we now have a huge amount of leftover dirt that we have to get graded and then scooped up for disposal on our dime. That happened the first time too but we didn't complain. So now there's more. 3) we have a new 40 foot deep leech pit in our front yard (it is filled in half with rock and half with dirt) with a 4 inch clean out pipe in the middle that we will have to support around so we can drive over it. 4) it was pretty disgusting to have the potable water from the tank draining into the trench for 3 days while his son Shane Jr. and a couple of other guys hand dug through the really hard clay for a week with a hand jackhammer and a clay spade to get the right pitch to the drain pipe. The mini excavator wouldn't phase that stuff. 5) it took over 2 months from first contact until it was done. We understand that as a come back we weren't their first priority. Shane said that we weren't the lowest either. We have a maze of pipes in our yard going every which way, they broke a couple but fixed them at no expense to us. Thank goodness no electrical wires were damaged. So, thank you Shane for making it right. Let's both hope this one lasts.

The clogg cam back less than a month later and the report we needed for our septic never came through even though we called and emailed them many times. The wife basically just lying to your face until you give up. Stay away, crooks.

That very first year I had them install risers at the same appointment that I had them pump the septic tank. Money well spent and I'm glad I am able to make it easier for the guys when I call them every year. They are always friendly; both the office staff as well as the technicians are professional, friendly, and great people to work with! I have been using Priority Pumping for about 5 years now and every year I have them pump my septic and they are just wonderful! I refer them to everyone who asks who to use for septic pumping as well as septic inspections. I don't see myself calling anyone else!!

I recently took ownership of my childhood home after my parents passed away. I knew nothing about…read moreseptic tanks and had no clue how long it had been since the system had been pumped. I also did not know where the tank was located on the property. I looked up pumping companies, found HomeField East Valley (Priority Pumping) and scheduled an appointment to pump the tank. While on the phone the nice lady told me, according to records she found, that it was a 1000 gallon tank installed in 1970 and that there was an old record showing its location. I was able to get an appointment for the following day with Issac. Issac showed up on time and was very pleasant to deal with. He showed me the map that they had from county records and we agreed that it didn't look like it was accurate based on the layout of the house in relationship to the tank. Issac started the process of locating the tank. This proved to be difficult due to the large amounts of caliche located a foot or two below ground and the large size of the property. He ended up calling someone from the company who brought a camera that he was able to use to locate the tank. Upon digging down to the tank, approxiately 3 ft down, Issac showed me the flimsy plastic cover the last company used to cover the tank. It had just been laid over the opening and had not been secured at all. He also found the original concrete cover that they had just buried off to the side. Isaac asked me about installing a riser with a new cover and asked me if I was interested. I asked him what he would do and he said that's what he would do if it were his property as that would allow the removal of the cover at ground level to pump the tank in the future and avoid having to dig. I told him to go ahead with that. Issac pumped and cleaned the tank, educated me on how best to maintain a septic system and then installed the riser with the new cover. Did all of this cost more than the original quote to just pump the tank? Sure it did. The job required a lot more. Do I feel like I was scammed and "upsold" as some reviews on here are claiming? Absolutely not. I feel like the job was done honestly, with integrity and perhaps most importantly, correctly. To Tanya, I am very pleased with the service and Issac is a great representative of your company.

I felt as if the cost was affordable, comparatively . He had no problem installing each toilet. The cost was also accurate to what he quoted in the call. Jason came to our rescue!…read more We've noticed a very faint gas leak coming from our fireplace key valve for quite some time and my husband finally decided to call the gas company to check it. Well, he called them at 4 PM on a Friday and we quickly learned that may not have been the best idea. They shut off all of our gas and locked us up until the small leak was fixed! Not only is it hard to find a plumber who works on gas lines (about 9/10 plumbers do not do this), it's also tough to get someone out on a weekend Jason came as a referral from our chimney cleaning company and he was incredible. He came out same day (on a Saturday) to take a look and then was able to fix it on Monday/Tuesday. The best part? He was able to fix it by just removing one block from the wall (our beloved 1960s slump block wall that is one of my favorite walls in the house) and he even repaired the masonry afterwards! He literally went to a local shop and picked out the closest looking thing to slump block and made it look as good as new. WE ARE THRILLED! We are so grateful that he was able to fix the leak AND patch the work, all-in-one. The gas company came back out and we passed the test! Hooray for hot showers and clean clothes! Thank you, Jason! We'll absolutely be using him for our future plumbing needs.

This plumber has falsified a sewer scope to the tune of over $10,000.00. He was hired by a buyer…read moreof a home to scope the sewer and stated there were smashed ABS lines 55ft into the line and he couldn't go any further after 120ft because the lines were so bad. He stated in the same report the repair would be to rip up all of the concrete in the driveway, replace all of the ABS lines and install a salt bed to prevent root intrusion. We've had a scope completed up to 150 feet twice since then by 2 different plumbers and neither of the plumbers saw anything like that. I usually don't write reviews but I should because I myself read, hire and purchase off of reviews. I felt in this case it was extremely necessary so this doesn't happen to anyone else. In all cases, just seek another opinion. Buyer beware of this company!
