He repaired our inlet pipe and baffle, responded through Yelp within 48 hours, replied to texts very quickly, and showed up as scheduled within two days of my initial contact. He was friendly, responsive, explained everything clearly, and took the time to show me the repair as he went. He answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. He worked quickly, was very careful, and left the grounds looking the way they did before, even after excavating and refilling a six-foot hole. His price was very fair and better than most. Asked several times for a receipt and was never given one. Left the backyard a mess with piles of dirt and rock and left the job for me to do. Was told a cap was ordered but was never delivered. This company stated they were licensed and bonded but no proof of this. Beware of this company as they will not return repeated phone or text messages. We had a terrible experience with Jason Moss, and would never recommend him to anyone. We hired Jason to replace our septic system in Jan. 2021. He partially completely the replacement, then disappeared in the middle of the job. The exit pipe from our tank to our leech field was cracked and installed with incorrect fittings, and wasn't correctly connected to the tank. Jason was completely unreachable after that. We spent months trying to reach him, and he ignored our calls every time. We ended up having another company complete the repair correctly, we essentially paid twice to have the job completed. Fast forward two years, to the summer of 2023. Out of the blue, we received a text from Jason. It was a very long text, apologizing for disappearing in the middle of our job. He explained that he was not experienced enough for our job, and admitted he disappeared out of embarrassment. He said he wanted to do the right thing and apologize to us, and be a good example to his kids about doing the right things in life. Jason also admitted to improperly installing our leech field in the text. He advised in the text that he did not dig deeply enough, and advised that it will fail at some point.. We were dumbfounded to hear this. Jason asked if he could come back over to take a look at his improper installation. We felt at the time that maybe he deserved a second chance for coming forward and being honest about his mistakes. When he stopped by, he mentioned it was time for us to pump the new tank, and would give us a free service for all the trouble he caused. We appreciated that, and told him we would call in he new year to schedule that service. In Jan 2024, we called him to get this scheduled. He answered our call and advised that his truck was in the shop. He asked that we call him back in one week. One week later, we called back. Jason advised he was busy and would call us back. We waited a week and never received a call back. The following week, we called again and got his voicemail. Every time from that point on, we would receive his voicemail when we called. We used a friends phone to call him at one point, and he answered! Clearly showing that he was screening his calls and ignoring us. He said he was in the middle of a job and asked that we call back in 30 minutes. When we did, he ignored our call yet again. From there, we went ahead and hired another company yet again. Long story short, we tried to give him a second chance after he admittedly wronged us, and he still has the same terrible business practices, ethics, and communication today that he had when we first met him 3 years ago. We absolutely would never recommend him to anyone and will follow up with the BBB and our attorneys from here. read more

Jason was recommended to me by a neighbor. If I recall he was just getting going as his own business. I kept having real bad stop ups in my drainage pipes. He came out and worked his butt off trying to figure a good way of unplugging and getting them drained ( I have a manufactured home and when built, they ran the piping from my end (toilet, sink, shower, laundry) had to go all the way (about 60') to opposite end make a turn down another 60' (that drains toilet, sink, shower, kitchen sink) length to go out to the septic tank. Lots of "stuff" clogged up in there, but he finally was able to break thru and get it opened. As I do not have a lot of finances o work with, he kept cost as tight as possible to help me out. He also explains what the problem appears to be, what and would need to be done to fix it (in terms even I can comprehend). Fast forward one year to his year and same thing, all plugged up again. Same thing as before (I wasn't thinking and was doing my laundry and when the washer drained it flooded my shower stall and with you know what) wasn't pretty or had a very good fragrance. He came up with the idea of shortening the travel of said "stuff". So, from my end, he cut and capped the pipe just past my laundry room and rerouting from there my toilet, shower so just has a few feet now to get outside and head to the septic tank. Routed my sink to go out on its own to same drainage. Also built a new cleanout pipe to run snakes thru from just outside the house to make it easier for me or whomever needing to use it. Anyway, got that all done and so far, working like a champ. Again, due to being very tight on finances, he has helped in the cost and how and how often I am able to make payments. With me, he's been very dedicated and has worked his butt off to get things fixed and Paying for his work. I will call him anytime I have any kind of plumbing problem, hands down. read more

The owner Jason, was the nicest guy I've met in a long while, very professional. I did contact him on a holiday weekend. He responded back quickly. He let me know that there was a slim chance he could come on a Sunday. He did keep in touch and did send a status. This was appreciated. Unfortunately he was unable to come which was ok with us. He did come the following work day and sent me ETA's. They were very clean and efficient and when he was done he raked my rocks back. Wish the cable guy was this prompt.
