However they weren't able to get to my lid and it was too much for them to dig another 3 feet so they just pumped it from the outside pump and weren't able to clean the lid or completely pump the 1250gal tank. I was charged the same price as if they cleaned the lid and did the complete job. I was very disappointed in this and wanted at least $100 back as I believe that is fair b/c they didn't have to clean the lid.. They weren't able to fill the hole up nicely either so my landscapers need to come and fix it.. Not at all what I expected for a higher priced company which was referred to me by my plumber.. Juan-technician was very nice but I feel like i was taken advantage of by the company.

The price they quoted was fair and competitive compared to the other quotes I received. The installation was not an easy job -- my electrical panel is on the opposite side of the house, which required running conduit and wiring a long distance. Despite the challenges, they did an excellent job with the panel work and routing the wire exactly where it needed to go. They stayed persistent and didn't stop until everything was completed properly. They even went above and beyond when they accidentally damaged my irrigation line during the install. They repaired it for me, even though it wasn't part of the original scope of work. That kind of integrity really stood out. The only minor issue was some leftover caulk on the bricks around an LB conduit body that needed a little extra cleaning, but it was a very small thing and not a big deal at all. Once the job was finished, they cleaned up the entire area thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Miller and Sons for electrical work, especially for Tesla Wall Connector or EV charger installations.

I called numerous companies out recently five to be exact, two of them were fairly priced and very good. Three of them gave me prices that were way above the correct price. This company was exceptional. I spoke with their Salesmanager manager. I think his name was Jamison. He was seriously patient walked me through the whole process the education about what the system would do and their price was by far the best not even close. One guy quoted me $11,000 and I got this project done for around $2500.. These guys are really seriously fair. They price correctly and they did a great job the plumber that came over to install it Jacob seriously friendly looked at a couple of other issues I had. I'm just really thankful now that I have a plumber that I can add to my list of trusted vendors. I don't know why Yelp doesn't have more of their reviews. If you look on Google they have tons of five star reviews. This is absolutely the company anybody should use if they have plumbing issues and especially if they need a water filtration system. These guys are awesome. Have a chat with Jamison. He'll take the time to walk you through everything a price fairly. Don't use anyone else. These guys are top-notch. I review all the time and I'm wondering why they don't have more of Use out here on Yelp who knows yelp is a business I know, but to the Management at yelp you should let a lot of the reviews that probably were out there go through. You could see. I review quite often. I highly recommend this company. I'd give them 10 stars if I could

Recently, one of the pipes connected to our water softener in the garage suddenly burst late at night, around 11:00 PM. A large amount of water sprayed everywhere and flooded the garage floor. We contacted two other plumbing companies we found online, but unfortunately, neither of them responded. Thankfully, we found American Plumbing & Rooter. When we called, Rich answered the phone right away and was incredibly helpful. He quickly scheduled an appointment for us, and a plumber arrived at 8:30 the next morning to replace the damaged water softener. We were very impressed with how efficient, friendly, and professional they were. The plumber was patient and took the time to explain why the pipe had burst and gave us very helpful recommendations to prevent similar problems in the future. Their follow-up service was also outstanding. A few days later, Sunday night, we were surprised to discover that we had no hot water. We texted Rich to ask what might have happened, and he responded very quickly. He explained that when the water softener pipe burst, the large amount of water spraying out may have extinguished the pilot light on the nearby water heater. He then patiently walked us through the steps to check it. Sure enough, the pilot light was out, exactly as he had explained. He also guided us step by step on how to relight it, and we were able to get our hot water back. We are extremely happy with the service we received from American Plumbing & Rooter. Their prompt response, professionalism, knowledge, and excellent follow-up service gave us great peace of mind. We highly recommend American Plumbing & Rooter. They are a reliable, trustworthy company that truly cares about their customers!

I paid the labor and parts part of this installation which included them exchanging the unit to Home Depot, new lines and drip pan. The labor price was comparable to any others who offered the installation only part. The installer, Jordan ( I hope I got his name right) was amazing and incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He also answered extra questions I had about another water related issue. If I have a need for plumbing service, this locally owned and operated company will be the first people I call. Also noted, I was able to get a quote, exchange, and install in one day, which was the first day I started. Thank you, Phend for your professional service with a smile. Easy five star rating.

This review is based solely on my phone calls and service call to my house. They did not actually fix my plumbing problem. I have Old Republic Home Warranty and this is the company that was assigned from my home owners insurance.   I made arrangements to work from home and set up an appointment for Monday, to which they cancelled, last minute, saying that the home warranty company cancelled the work order.  When I called the home warranty  company they told me King's Plumbing canceled the call because they were to busy to take it. I called the company back and reported this to which they denied it being true and rescheduled.  I then planned a second day to work from home to have them come out again. We were set for an afternoon appointment block to which they showed up in the morning unscheduled.  The plumber looked at my issue and told me they can fix it the following week.  Never, mentioning they were not willing to fix my issue bc they were to busy.   After they left, I then received a call from the home warranty company telling me that Kings Plumbing denied service because they were to busy. When I called Kings, the gentlemen on the phone, did in fact confirm,  they are not accepting the job because they are to busy and short staffed.  The entire interaction was just weird.  I felt like they were not honest with their intentions and wasted my time, forcing me to work from home on two different days when they were not in a position to take the job to start with as they are over worked and short staffed. I know have to stay at home a 3rd day for a new company to come out and give me an estimate.
