I actually feel comfortable leaving them to complete the work and lock up without me being home. It is a family run business and their ethics are above reproach. I have used them to install new plumbing, new water filters, replace outside valves and anti-siphon, install new toilets and bidets along with a reverse osmosis system. We have never had any problems but I have no doubt if we did have a problem they would be here immediately to correct the situation. I have had 2 rain storms now that has been eroding the dirt under my large workshop making the doors hard to open up and close. I have called left messages and text Mitch and still no calls back. I have requested to talk to owner and after calling and talking to 3 different people I still have not reached Mitch or owner my name is Rob living on 80th st mesa if anyone can help get this job done I am very frustrated about how we have been treated. Mitch told me he would get a free clean out for my septic tank, but if I'm having this much problems getting more dirt flattening how can I take his word.
