That very first year I had them install risers at the same appointment that I had them pump the septic tank. Money well spent and I'm glad I am able to make it easier for the guys when I call them every year. They are always friendly; both the office staff as well as the technicians are professional, friendly, and great people to work with! I have been using Priority Pumping for about 5 years now and every year I have them pump my septic and they are just wonderful! I refer them to everyone who asks who to use for septic pumping as well as septic inspections. I don't see myself calling anyone else!!

I contacted this company and had them come out 2/2026 due to my toilets backing up. Thinking my…read moreseptic tank is full, which I thought was crazy as it was pumped up earlier. But they came out and gave me a $100 coupon but still $300 to pump and with coupon another $100 for tech. When he was done he stated that the toilets were still backing up and that I had a clog and for $300 they could jet it out. I said ok, and now 7 months later right back to issues of vlogging in same area. I had another plumber come out and used his auger and found 2 more clogs. He said there is no way that this was jetted out fully. I feel that if it was a clog all along and not a full septic they would have informed me that tank is not full in the beginning. I unfortunately was at work. So no not happy and will not use this comp again.

I called Mark he states it must be a bad valve. I paid 375 for the cartridge and now he says the valve is a 1700 dollar job. I let home know that if the valve was bad he should've seen that earlier when he swapped the cartridge out. I let him know I didn't have confidence in them to properly fix the leak. I called a new plumber out. Mark installed the cartridge wrong, he damaged the seal when he put the new cartridge in. I called the company and they still have not returned my call. I feel robbed now. I paid 375 for their guy to damage the cartridge while he's installing it. Maybe they did that on purpose. They knew I would call them with the leak again. Then to hit me with 1700 to change valve out that takes 10 mins to do is crazy! New cartridge correctly installed was 200 bucks from the guy who fixed Master rooters work.

Kyle called and was able to come out three hours early, which worked out great. He made short work of clearing out a 1500-gal tank that hadn't been serviced in 20 years and, despite considerable excavation, left the yard pristine. The cost was very competitive, slightly below the estimate, and a bit lower than a couple of other bids. All very professional, personal, and affordable. Well done.

First, I want to say that the company representative and driver were polite and professional, and…read morethe service itself was completed as expected -- thus the 2 stars. However, I want to share the issues I experienced. I chose this company because the previous homeowner used them, and I assumed they were familiar with my septic system. Not knowing much about septic maintenance, I asked for guidance after buying my home and was advised to have the tank serviced. That visit cost over $XX. Three years later, I called again and repeatedly asked if they knew the exact size of my tank. The representative told me, "Based on the size of your home and the number of people, it's 1500 gallons." I trusted that information and scheduled the service. The driver also confirmed 1500 gallons, and the final bill was over $DOUBLE. When I questioned the price, I was told it was due to inflation and because they pumped a "1500-gallon tank." Later, I obtained official county records showing my septic tank is actually 900 gallons. When I called to ask why I was charged $600, I was told again that my tank was 1500 gallons. I corrected the representative, but instead of acknowledging the mismatch, they insisted their information was accurate even after I explained I had official documents. I was then told a manager would call me back. This is concerning. I was given incorrect information multiple times, even though this company has supposedly serviced this tank for nearly a decade. I don't know if this was an honest mistake or something else, but the result is that I feel overcharged and misled. I am still waiting for a proper resolution. As mentioned at the start, the service itself was fine. The problem is the repeated misinformation about the tank size and the charges based on that incorrect information. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.
