My nails are not like I wanted them then they overcharged me for what he did he did but made me pay $45 for it and I don't like them. Please do not go here I wish I had the option to give 0 stars. Went in because my nail tech canceled on me last minute & I had an event to attend that day. First off the guy who was doing my nails his hands were shaking. I should have left then and there. I was so upset how ugly they were coming out even I guess she's the owner send another lady to help him because they were just so ugly mind you it was just a French set. I was planning to get a pedicure as well but after seeing my nails I told her that I didn't want it no more. So when it was time to pay I Zelle her and asked her if that was the name she said yes after I pressed sent she tells me oh no is not that one so I ended up paying 80 dollars never again in my life will I go there! As well as the guy cutting me and hurting me while filing my nails smh. read more

While I really like the lady who worked on my nails & toes, and she did a good job, this place was dirty...i would say very dirty. Telephone Rd area isn't my normal stop in for nail services but I was in the area and thought I could skate out cheap. Which brings me to my second gripe, the pricing on the wall showed under $30 for male mani/pedi, when I went to pay she pointed out the new pricing on the side making this a $40 some odd dollar deal with tip. I should of asked first. I can get $40 plus mani pedi more inside the loop with a much cleaner location, better ambiance, etc.. The price isn't worth the services. I would suggest to spend your money elsewhere. To the owner, please sweep, mop, dust and clean up the shop. The chairs have so much crap all around them. The junk and mess by the counter is not only a waste of space but your business looks cluttered and disorganized. Tell the man who was playing video games on his phone to pick up a broom and Pledge. Also, it would be better to use the plastic foot bath wraps, it's more sanitary. Have supplies readily available for your staff, this way they are not getting up searching for things all over the shop. Good luck! read more

Horrible service, I asked for acrylic nail removal and the lady that helped me didn't even use proper tools. Only used a nail & her hands to try & take them off. She then started to make me bleed & didn't try to clean it up until she was done. 0 starts if I could. read more

0 stars if I could I normally get my nails done in the medical center close to work but this particular day I ended up here. I wanted a full-set with design and a deluxe shellac pedicure. What upset me first was the lady trying to convince me to get another color not sure if she was out of the color I requested or what but when a customer request something that they're paying for then they should get it. She burned me with hot water while filling up pedicure tub no remorse I should've gotten up then, but I stayed. Lady #2 walked over and turned off the massage chair yes I was still sitting in it, at this point my toes are done I'm just waiting on my fullset to be started, Lady#2 told me to sit at a table so I did, thinking she would do my nails but she didn't, she sat down and watched the previous nail tech who worked on my feet, whom had a customer for about 45 mins, so I'm not sure why lady #2 didn't wanna do my nails. Long story short I had to wait until lady #1 finish her last pedicure, while lady #2 is still sitting down, at this point 2 ppl walked in, they were seated immediately and she proceeded to work on them and laughed. Now I'm thinking should I still get the fullset. Knowing I leave for California in 2hrs, I decided to stay should've left at this point but now my fullset process is starting but unfortunately the nail designs she put on came off on vacation! The technique that was used could be the issue, it was a nail art sticker that should've been applied with nail glue before adding acrylic to the nail but nope!! Last issue is pricing, y'all need to update your menu don't tell customer a different price from the menu it's not a good look. 1st and last time going here back to the medical center I go, I'll even drive to pearland before coming here. Worst effn nail salon! What looks to be a teenager working here started doing my nails her hands shook the whole time none of the nails matched in length even after she clipped them. I swear her hands were shaking so bad I though she was gonna clip my skin off! Stated that I wanted someone else to do my nails and waited over an hour with my nails half done! My mother and I came to try out a new place. It looked a bit sketchy, but we decided to give it try. We came to get a mani / pedi but we waited over a hour to get the job done. We didn't get cleaned around the nails and they would stop attending us because someone new came in. We won't come back. read more

I love getting my hands and feet pampered at this place. The service is quick and the prices are reasonable! They also do waxing as well. There's a girl there that does beautiful art on your pedicures...I always get a french pedicure with some kind of artwork and it lasts me well over a month and a half at least.
