Get there and the customer service is excellent Lisa took me in immediately no wait . She filed my nails and kept filing and I was hopeful like ok she is about to do something great but NO . Lisa then started trying to mold me a nail that now looks like pebbles ruby pebbles i absolutely love the color I chose but my nails now look like small ruby pebbles. Then she started talking about the price and how it will be extra for a trim $5 more and how winking to me saying but for you it's ok no charge... kinda hinting to me she was hooking me up. Excuse me Lisa I have no problem coming to pay for a great spectacular job done well and excellent customer service please don't wink at me like we are doing something illegal. Great customer service gave me cold bottle water but idk what you call this job Lisa did but I will not be back.

I was sat down and ignored for 40+ minutes. (I was there for well over 3 hours) Got a regular pedicure, manicure with black polish, and a wax of my arms. It has been less than a week and my polish is peeling. They did not paint to the edges to quicken my return time. I have a rash on both arms where I was waxed. Entire strips of my arm remained hairy despite my attempts to make them known. There are attractive aspects. However I was charged $55, without tip, for a wax that was patchy and has resulted in a persistent rash. Refer to images attached. $64 for Mani/Pedi (Not including tip) I do not recommend.

He said it's $10 for removal and the rest for a manicure. I never ONCE asked for a manicure I just needed my nails removed. I got the same exact procedure done as last time. I'll start this by saying if you EVER go here, plan to tip in cash, because apparently they don't appreciate card tips. All I wanted was a trim and repaint on my toenails. My usual place was BUSY. I was heading to Sally's Beauty to get some polish to do it myself, saw this place, and thought "why not try it out?" They said it would be $10 for what I wanted, and I was willing to pay that. I got the chair and asked if I can leave a tip on my card. The lady said yes. This place is not fancy compared to my usual place, but every place is different so I'm keeping an open mind. They seem to have "regulars" so they're obviously doing something right. So, I go to pay and when I pull out my wallet, the guy says "You have cash tip?" I said "I need the tip to go on my card." He says "you can tip her in cash." Like, yes sir, I have cash in my wallet. I know you saw it when I pulled my card out, but I pay for things like this on my card to keep track of my spending. My cash is not for unnecessary things like pedicures. I told him I needed change because all I had was a $10 bill. He gave me a $5 back which was what I asked for, but I'm very annoyed because I specifically wanted to leave a tip with my card, and he wasn't having that.

I've been coming here for a while now on my sisters recommendation and I'm hoping I'll never have to go anywhere else for many reasons: 1. Lee and his wife Lily are so very thoughtful and personable. I love to see them and every other nail tech interaction I've had has been very pleasant. They also are quick to make sure you are comfortable and they offer drinks. 2. Every pedicure/ set of nails I've had here are always top tier and the prices are fair. There have been times (at other nail salons) where I pay a good chunk of change for nails that break/scuff/only last a week. Not here! My nails stay looking good!!! 3. This place practices great sanitation and has patrons wash their hands upon entry and I just love that. 4. My last visit was extra special as I was getting my bridal nails done for my wedding. Lee made sure I was perfectly satisfied and was extra attentive. I paid an amount similar to other visits. That meant a lot to me because in my dealings with other business for the wedding, some people will charge you extra or try to upsell you if they know it's for a wedding. Not the case here. I called to make an appointment and explained that I had builder gel on my nails and I wanted it removed. I wanted the builder gel off because it was lifting in certain spots and I generally get light colors and I didn't like the spots showing through. While making the appointment, I was never asked for my name, they said "ok, see you at 5:30!" I arrived around 5:15, 5:20. I was not greeted nor was I ever asked what my name was. I then again explained my wants another employee and she asked if I wanted a pedicure as well. I agreed to the gel pedicure and I was shown to the pedicure seat. A woman named Jenny, never introduced herself (there was a name on her equipment) starts going to town all while having a lollipop in her mouth. She never tried making small talk with me, but she was speaking in her native language with other employees. Every person that walked in, she'd turn around but never greeted them. She put the color on one nail and asked if I liked it and I said "as long as it covers the white spots, that's why I wanted them off". She swears that I didn't say that, but I know for a fact I did, because I had no problem telling the other 3 people that I had spoken to prior! She then proceeds to file off my builder gel and asked me to soak my nails in a small container filled with acetone. The container was smaller than a salsa bowl at a restaurant, and one on the containers had acetone with red flakes in there, as if it was already used or not clean. Once she had the base/foundation of my nails on, she asked how I wanted my French tip to look, at this point, I wanted to hurry up and get out of that place. I told her to leave my nails the way they were because it wasn't getting any better. By the end of the builder gel application, she cut my thumb by "filing" my nail (she used her drill under my nail, by my free edge). The pedicure, which I opted for the deluxe shellac, she "massaged" each leg for a solid 2 minutes. She tried to save the appointment by saying things like "that's a nice color" and "it looks so pretty" but it was too late! My first and last time ever stepping foot in this place. I still paid for whatever services were rendered, but I will have to go and get them fixed elsewhere.
