Let's just say it took some persuading because my hubby loved our Cadillac but happy wife, you know the rest to that phrase! So after following a couple of dealerships we narrowed it down to Larry H. Miller & we left very happy with our decision. I'd been in communication with George one of the managers & John Barfield the Internet Sales Manager for the past week. Upon arrival for our appointment with John, George came to the front to introduce himself.... yes get it they're salesman but so many times you don't get such a welcoming! John already knew what kind of SUV we were interested in but he said he also found one that he'd love for us to look at, he wouldn't tell us what make because he wanted us to give him a chance! Once we saw this gorgeous Grand Cherokee L, fully loaded with 3 row seating with all the bells & whistles John had us, I told him he is good! The previous owner had every add on feature you could imagine including the passenger touchscreen, where I can search for restaurants, etc. then send the info to the main touchscreen for my husband! We knew the next SUV had tall orders to out-beat this choice & it was a very quick decision that we found the right SUV for our family! John was an amazing salesman, he knew our taste after meeting with us & he stayed within our budget! We got the car for an amazing price compared to other dealerships & we added on a 5 year bumper-bumper powertrain warranty including getting the SUV some new tints that are darker for the Arizona sun! My husband went back for the tints a couple of weeks ago and they did a great job & he was in & out within a couple of hours! I really hate how all car salesman are put in the same box as being pushy sharks, etc. because at the end of the day that's how they make their pay my friends... it's called earning a commission which is no different than a realtor! This dealership definitely did not disappoint at all, the financing department went above & beyond as well as our salesman John Barfield... I can't thank them enough for the amazing service that they gave us!

One of them greeted us, and when I explained that we were there to meet with Jesus, he escorted us to the entrance and stated that he would locate him for us. As we walked past two salesmen, later identified as Mike Monroe and Robert Monaco, I overheard one of them say, "Look at this tough guy with the toothpick in his mouth." My wife continued inside while I stopped and turned toward the two men. Mr. Monroe looked at me briefly and then quickly turned away. After entering the dealership, I told my wife what had occurred and that I wanted to leave. She suggested that we speak with a manager before making that decision. I approached another salesman, Quin Rosenstein, explained the situation, and he stated that he would get the sales manager for us. Mr. Iman Jeilany, the sales manager on duty, met with us in his office and listened to our concerns regarding the comment. I explained that I was not completely certain which salesman had made the remark, but I believed it was the white male wearing a blue shirt. Mr. Jeilany stated that he knew who had made the comment and indicated that this was not the first time he had received a similar complaint. He then identified Robert Monaco as the salesman who made the comment. Mr. Jeilany stated that "he would fire Mr. Monroe but he can't do that on a weekend because that's just bad for business." Apparently, disrespecting customers is good for business..... Mr. Jeilany was professional, courteous, and sincerely apologetic. He expressed genuine concern that our experience at the dealership had been negative. Unfortunately, this incident left my wife and me with a very unfavorable impression of the dealership. While we appreciate Mr. Jeilany's professionalism and efforts to address the matter, the conduct displayed by members of the sales staff has caused us to lose confidence in doing business with your dealership. As a result, we will be purchasing our next truck elsewhere.

While Honda CORPORATE completely dropped the ball and failed to stand behind a known issue, Arrowhead Honda did everything they could to help make it right. My service advisor, Divac, was outstanding!! He was always responsive, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He understood my frustrations with Honda Corporate, took the time to answer my questions, and never made me feel like I was being brushed off, he took the time to respond to me, even on his day off! Chris, the Service Manager, was great. He listened, advocated for me, and genuinely tried to help, even when the decisions were out of his hands. I can't express my gratitude to Divac for his patients with me and continued effort to advocate for me up the chain of command. Thank you to Ricky, the service technician, for taking pride in your work, taking the time to come and speak with me on your own accord to really understand the whole issue and discuss the mechanic with me. You spent time listening to my concerns, validating them and explaining mechanics I was unfamiliar with. It's reassuring knowing my car was in the hands of someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right and took care enough to speak with me directly. Although I can't say the same about Honda CORPORATE , I can honestly say the team at Arrowhead Honda did everything they could to make up for Corporate's shortcomings. That's a reflection of the people working there, and I really appreciate everything they did for me. I will continue to use Arrowhead Honda Service Department as long as these three are there.

I unfortunately had a very unethical buying experience recently. This was both disappointing and…read moresurprising given their emphasis on being a family owned, valued- based business. I am currently pregnant with my 3rd child so have been on the hunt for a well maintained used van for 2 months. I contacted the dealership on Saturday based on an internet advertisement for a great option. I was able to get a clear out the door price over the phone. I wanted to make sure of this because I would be driving 1 hour to see it since I live in Mesa. I made an appointment to come next day on Sunday shortly after they opened. On Sunday, I was the first one there looking at the van. I test drove it. I had my mobile mechanic meet me for a pre-purchase inspection immediately after . I was very serious in buying this car. Following the inspection there was an older couple that test drove it after me. After debriefing the results of the inspection with my husband who couldn't join me due to his long work hours, I spoke with the sales manager Dave about pricing. We had a very efficient, open conversation about price and I said I just need to quickly call my husband to confirm. Just before dialing I then get told the van was sold. I was shocked. When I went to confront Dave the sales manager about this, he was quite unsympathetic despite me being visibly upset. He said "it's first come first serve" and they are "a family business so they don't participate in bidding wars." If this was genuinely true then why was I not given priority as the first buyer there that day ? I understand wanting to make a sale. In this case, given how obvious it was about my intent to buy, the ethical thing to do would to have been very clear and tell me, "hey -there's another customer interested, you are first in line, but need to decide shortly as a courtesy to us and them." Instead myself and my sales representative Zeke were both blindsided by the sale being taken from both of us. Not only was there not clear communication from the sales team, but Dave as a manger was quite dismissive to me as a distraught pregnant woman. He didn't even offer to support me in finding another option or have any remorse for what happened. Truly callous and not a values-based approach. I don't see how this is a "family business." Seems like a typical dealership only caring about the bottom line. I would not recommend you purchasing a vehicle from here thinking you are going to a family owned business that operates more ethically than any other dealership.

He completely understood, never pressured us, and simply gave us his contact information so we could reach out when we were ready. A few days later, we came back and purchased our vehicle from Alex. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone at the dealership, from the sales team to the finance staff, was friendly, professional, and made the process smooth and stress-free. One thing that really stood out is that this is a volume dealership. Instead of focusing on making the highest commission on each sale, they focus on selling more vehicles at competitive prices. That's one of the reasons they're able to offer some of the best deals in the Valley. If you're looking for a great price and an honest, no pressure buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Alex. He truly made what can be a stressful process an enjoyable one. In finance, Jeff handled the paperwork. He processed it quickly, but toward the end he lied to us about the factory warranty. He said all the electronics in the car -- the computers and cameras -- were only covered for three years, and used that to push a 10-year/100,000-mile extended warranty for $4,000. I told him the factory warranty is 5 years/60,000 miles. He insisted it wasn't. We didn't buy the extended warranty. I called Hyundai afterward and confirmed the bumper-to-bumper coverage is 5 years/60,000 miles. I also found out you can buy the same Hyundai warranty from any dealer -- I found it for under $2,000. When we took delivery, both driver's-side wheels had curb rash, which was documented in writing on a We Owe form. I had to call five times before Maddison in customer relations got back to me. She told me the wheels would be repaired rather than replaced, and that there would be no warranty on the repair. They filled them and painted the rims to try to match the original finish. It's not a good match, and there are spots where the paint ran. Once Larry H. Miller had our money, we clearly weren't a priority. We love the car, but we'll be avoiding this dealership for future service and purchases.

I paid in full for an oil change, multi-point inspection, and fluid top-off services. Based on the speed of completion and issues discovered afterward, I am now questioning whether the services were properly performed. Within a few weeks following my appointment, I discovered that my windshield wiper fluid reservoir was completely empty, despite fluid top-off being included in the service. Because temperatures were cooler, I did not need to use my air conditioning immediately after service. However, on February 24, 2026, when I turned on my air conditioning, the air was not blowing cold. After arriving home, I inspected my vehicle and discovered that the coolant level was extremely low, nearly empty. I was forced to purchase both windshield wiper fluid and coolant myself from AutoZone -- items that should have been checked and topped off during the paid service less than a month earlier. This situation is extremely concerning because insufficient coolant can cause serious engine damage. I closely monitor my vehicle and have confirmed there are no visible leaks, moisture, or signs of coolant loss under normal operation. This strongly suggests the fluids were not properly inspected or topped off during my January service appointment. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for over three years, spending more than $9,000 in repairs and maintenance. Because of this history, I trusted that all services would be completed thoroughly and professionally. On February 25, I contacted my service advisor Todd, whom I have worked with for over two years, to discuss these concerns. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. My concerns were dismissed, accountability was not acknowledged, and responsibility was redirected toward speculation about vehicle age rather than addressing whether the paid services were completed properly. Additionally, I left a message through the overnight line and did not receive a return call. This level of customer service and lack of follow-up is unacceptable, especially given the potential risk to my vehicle caused by incomplete maintenance. I am requesting the following: A full review of the January 2, 2026 service appointment and multi-point inspection report. Verification that the oil change and all required inspections were actually completed. An explanation as to why required fluids were not topped off. Appropriate resolution, which may include reimbursement for fluids purchased, service credit, or corrective service at no cost. Assurance that service technicians are properly completing inspections and that customers are treated respectfully when concerns are raised. We would like management to call & email us at their earliest convenience

A lot of customers already hate buying used vehicles because it feels like they constantly end up bringing them back for repairs, dealing with problems, or trying to return them. New cars are new cars, so there's not much to say there, but the service side is especially frustrating. Some of these problems exist throughout the car business, so I'm not putting everything on this particular dealership. What surprises me is seeing these kinds of issues within an organization that you would expect to have better systems, standards, and processes in place. There are some decent people here, including management, but the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired. This time they said they would fix the problem, have the car emissions tested, pay for the test, change my oil for free & remove the logo. I picked up the car again and it had passed emissions (they paid for the test), and the logo was removed but they did not change the oil as promised and my windshield had a crack running half way across it. The windshield was perfect with no sign of a crack when I left it with them. I told the service associate about the crack & he said he knew nothing about it. I told him I thought they should pay for it. He thought that was funny & laughed at me and said no way but talk to the service manager. Perhaps, not surprisingly, the manager also knew nothing about the crack. But, he was emphatic that even if the crack was their fault they would not pay for it as there was a sign somewhere (I never saw it) saying they do not pay for cracks. When told him the oil had not been changed as promised he just gave me sort of a growl and reiterated he would not pay for the windshield. I left without the promised oil change and a broken windshield. They probably were not legally liable for the windshield damage but it was so obvious they were almost certainly knew about it. Even if they did not know, they had no interest in finding out what caused the damage or covering it as goodwill the cause of damage being unknown. Such conduct is probably one reason they are one of the lowest rated Nissan Dealerships in the area. . Based on my documented experience they can't be trusted to preform promised services or take responsibility for their actions which is unsettling especially for an 86 year old who really needs folks he can rely for needed services.
