    Pineapple Mimosa

Food looks beautiful but sadly no flavor!! The eggs were soaking wet ( I ordered scrambled eggs) I ask to send them back and the gentleman offered for them to cook them more! By this he meant taking the eggs that sat for 15 minutes wet next to me until he returned to ask us how we were doing then they tried recooking the eggs! Mind you when you order you pay! You have no idea what you're getting yourself into until it's in front of you. Staff was friendly but unfortunately the seasoning wasn't in the food and that egg incident will keep me from returning I forgot to mention that the mimosas are overly priced and really distasteful! Had I known it was coming room temperature in a plastic cup mixed the syrup I would've passed! Taste like Andre's which gave me a terrible headache The one star is due to having leave one for the review to post

This is definitely a solid brunch spot in Long Beach. I came here last weekend with a few friends, and we were pretty early, about 10am, so finding seating was easy. You order at the front and then they'll bring your food out to you, so no one is really checking on you throughout your dining experience. I ordered the Thai tea boba pancakes and the fried chicken biscuit. The pancakes were not bad, but very unique to add boba on top I thought! The fried chicken was pretty tasty and definitely a lot more chick n than biscuit. The biscuit was thick and dense, but still good. Overall, a good solid breakfast!

I can't say much about the ambiance as I didn't sit down. Got to-go order, it was fast in preparation. They have an online order service, which I enjoy very much. In the to-go order, I feel that the price was worth the amount of food we received. I had to take a break and eat the 1/4 residual for a later brunch. Definitely on the radar to go again!

Ate here last week with my parents after my cousin recommended it so much. Parking is on the street, parking meter most likely. That's what we did anyway. We were greeted by a friendly face. She was very patient as we were first timers here and even recommended some of the more popular items, such as the chicken & waffles plate and the mango rice pancakes. My parents opted for the Baja Baby Skillet which they shared. A bit odd that they don't offer toast with their breakfast plates; instead you get a biscuit. What we all really enjoyed was that salad on their plate. I would take that over toast anyway. So good! The potatoes seemed a bit overcooked for my preference, but good flavor. I ordered the mixed berries French toast and scrambled eggs a la carte. I was surprised by the amount of egg I got but honestly, I was disappointed with the French toast. They claim "4 triangles" which is usually 2 pieces of bread cut in half diagonally, but this was literally just one slice cut in 4 triangles. It was good, but I felt deceived. Haha. I also was expecting mixed berries which is usually any combination of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries; what I got instead was strawberries and two kinds of grapes. No complaints on the fruit as they were delicious and perfect texture. I was just expecting something else. Our coffee was good, a bit on the weaker side but good flavor. We appreciated that they also brought us a bit of milk in addition to the creamer cups. The girl who greeted us and took our order was also who brought us our coffee and food. She checked on us a couple times. Again, very great service, very sweet. I'd return just because of that and maybe try other things on their menu.

We had such a great experience on Saturday! We came in around 1:45 ish and there was no wait. Our food came out pretty fast and it was nice and hot. Everything was so delicious!! The pancakes are probably the best I've had in a long long time. The gentleman helping us order was amazing as well I wish I got his name. Overall 1000/10 experience can't wait to come back with my family

Mango sticky rice pancakes with coconut syrup were so yummy! Cute patio too. Sweet owner or manager too. Great service.

Basic breakfast, not tasting the Asian fusion. I feel like they miss the opportunity to create amazing dishes. The chicken biscuit was good but missed the spices I would otherwise expect from maybe a Thai flavored fried chicken or any sort of Asian flavors that could have been incorporated. I see on the menu they had more Asian inspired sweet options like mango sticky rice pancakes and boba pancakes though. I didn't try since we aren't sweet breakfast girls. The coconut americano is nice, refreshing. It's an americano made with coconut water. They had a lot of coffee and drink options. This restaurant is very much self serve, you place your order at the front, Pay and get your number and someone will bring it to your table. The server that took the order and brought it to your table was very nice! Condiments in a centralized area so you can help yourself. Cute and cozy vibes. Okay but would not actively crave.

Impressive first time experience. Service was on point. We will definitely be back soon. The food was excellent, all perfectly prepared with love, like home cooked meal. My Chicken and Waffles was one of the best I've had. Seasoned to perfection with a flaky crust and moist and juicy inside. Highly recommended.

Arize Bistro is a small mom n pop spot in downtown Long Beach with a very chill vibe. It really feels like you're eating in grandma's kitchen, which I liked a lot. The food is good, and the menu is simple. It is a bit on the pricier side for what you get, but still enjoyable. They're open for breakfast and lunch, which makes it a nice local spot to stop by. One thing to note takeout can take a little longer than expected. Also, it would be great to see more variety added to the menu and maybe a small facelift to the interior. Overall, I'd give it an 8/10. A solid spot with a cozy feel.

Mango sticky pancakes and a monte Cristo.

This was beyond spectacular! The pancakes are perfect and the monte cristo hit the spot. The guy who helped me was so sweet and accommodating. I loved the laid back atmosphere of it. Tucked away like being at a friends house. I'll be back soon.

Arize Bistro is a super popular place in Long Beach, and I had wanted to see what the hype was about for a while. The restaurant was on the smaller side, and the wait was long, which was expected, but after a while, it seemed to be overly long. The service was pretty mediocre and the food was decent but the presentation of the chicken, waffles, and potatoes just seemed impractical with everything stacked on top of each other.

    Shar ..

my lovely, perfect, handsome boyfriend found this beaut. we've actually been to this spot one other time back when we first started dating. he wanted me to try the iced pistachio latte & realized shortly after we got it that it wasn't the best, so he vowed to bring me back & try it hot. which was a whole winner. we were finally up early enough for him to remind me of this place. and yes, it's worth getting up early for. i think it's the first time we've publicly fought over foodie items because that mango sticky rice pancake i ordered was amazing. the syrup was perfect. i loved it more than the monte cristo my boyfriend ended up getting (clearly because i barely left any for him, oops) arize bistro is probably the only place i've downed a cup of thai iced coffee. not too bitter, not too sweet.

    The menu!

If I could give it more stars I would!! My son has been there before. We went today for lunch, when he's off work he likes to spend time with his mamma, we both order the chicken and waffles with potatoes. The food was so delicious!! I do recommend this place. It's a good idea to have the menu out front order and go sit down and wait. The atmosphere is great. The man that helps take the order is really nice. I hope we go back soon. The food was delicious!!

A very welcoming vibe upon entry, we were greeted by a friendly couple who answered our questions about popular drink flavors. We decided to go with a Hot Cinnamon Dulce Latte and an Iced Blueberry Lavender Latte. While waiting, there were plenty of chairs, tables, a comfy couch and even a bar area to sit and relax. Tons of board games, books and wonderfully mellow music helps make the experience feel comforting and inviting. Our drinks were prepared quickly and shouted at the coffee bar for pickup. The presentation was great, but the flavors, out of this world! The Cinnamon Dulce Latte was OUTSTANDING. So good, in fact, that my girlfriend stole it from me! Not to worry, her Blueberry Lavender Latte was also top-notch, with a smooth, not-to-sweet flavor combination. Friendly staff (which comes with occasional karaoke renditions from the Bluetooth speakers), a chill vibe and outstanding drinks make this a top spot in the area for hardcore coffee lovers. I wonder what # coffee shop this is for me…read more I picked out this spot because I saw via photos on Yelp that there is ample seating inside to do work. I ended up showing up around 12:40 and there were some people but not a whole lot. I was still able to fit me and my life at the table with my coffee. I landed on ordering the pistachio latte. I went on a whim with this because I'm such a Spanish latte girlypop. Ironicallly they're known for their Spanish latte, but I ordered the pistachio latte instead. We were feeling... experimental. And I'm so happy I did! I loved this coffee so much. I don't know what bean they use but it is amazing. It's so rich and smooth. The pistachio nut is nutty and more a background singer. Not overly sweet at all. It is definitely in one of my top coffees for sure. I definitely plan on coming back to this coffee shop for both the space and quality of coffee. Also I need to try the Spanish latte, duh. The only sad part was my friend ordered a blueberry donut & she said it tasted store bought and not good. I can't comment on that because I did not try it but I figured I would add it in here. There have a private room you can book as well! I didn't take a photo of it unfortunately but it's to the left of where the cashier is. Parking is on the street & they have two entrances. They have music playing and they way the main room is set up, you can hear the combined conversations that can get really loud. However, the music playlist is a vibe, I enjoyed it even though it was distracting lol They have new drinks based on the season so some items are only available for a certain amount of time but they also keeps their main menu up all year. I tried one of their new drinks- sakura matcha with vanilla cold foam. They charge extra if you ask to sub for oat milk, so 1 drink can really add up. The drink was okay, nothing really stood out to me. I don't think I would order it again. I would love to come back and try one of their lattes next time.
