Do not use this company. I technician was dispatched to rekey 3 doors. The technician broke two of the three latches and sent us an email when I complained offering to fix it for $169. Are you kidding? You brake the latches and then try and charge me $169 to fix what you broke? Again stay away from this company. I have also filed a claim with the BBB reporting this company. read more

ARCO was great! On time, very quick, and very reasonably priced. I will definitely us them again.

Solid work, quick and efficient. The tech wore a mask per Covid and was easy to deal with. Had a few locks re-keyed. Smooth sailing.

Never use these people. They are horrible. I had my lock changed in November. In less than 1 year they have had to come out twice to fix the lock since it doesn't work. Of course am always charged. Total rip off and bad work. read more

Showed up earlier than I expected. Was thorough but neglected to wear a mask for any of the time he was here. Not very compliant in a 55 plus community. I would hope he's not infected and possibly spreading the virus. read more

We had our new house re-keyed by CopperStar. Joey was our tech for the task. He was awesome! On time and professional! I asked him some questions about locks ans security in general and we had a security system installed by him the next day! Same thing, he was on time, called to let us know he was on the way and the install went smooth. I have ZERO complaints. I live in Chandler and would recommend them highly. read more

Fast, knowledgeable and helpful. The representative was very polite and upbeat. Happy with the service.

I had a great experience with Kevin from ARCO Lock and Security. He re-keyed my house and reset my garage door opener after I moved in to a new-to-me house. He was clean, fast, efficient, friendly without a bunch of chit-chat -- he knew what he was doing -- and I felt safe with him on my property. Based on my single experience, I recommend ARCO Lock and security with out hesitation. read more

We recently had a technician out to rekey the locks on our new home, as part of our home warranty. The technician (Kevin, I think?) gave me a call confirming that I was home, and an accurate ETA. He was able to complete the work in a professional, timely fashion, and had me verify everything was correct prior to leaving the home. We had multiple workers from various companies at the house at the same time, so I appreciated the extra effort on his part to ensure I was happy with the work completed. In the event that I need lock or security service in the future, I will make sure to use CopperStar! Thanks! read more

We had our new house rekeyed and the garage door openers reprogrammed. The technician was on time and very efficient. I would not recommend this alarm company. The sales person told me my living room sensor would not be affected by my little 5 lb dog. He was wrong. My dog has activated the alarm three times now and I have been charged $190 in fines by Phx PD. I can't even utilize the "AWAY" mode when I leave for work because my little dog will activate the alarm. I am paying $37 a month for nothing because its very unlikely a burglar is going to walk through my front or back door. I have kindly asked to be let out of my contract and of course, they say no. Dishonest, unethical and poor service! Stay away! read more

They were referred to me by my home warranty company. They came out at the time that was promised, the job was done as promised, locks rekeyed in 15 to 20 minutes. I only paid the service fee for my home warranty so I'm not sure how their rates are compared to others. They emailed me my receipt. It was a job well done! read more

I have a home warranty, and Copperstar was given the opportunity to re-key my doors. The work was completed. Unfortunately, the locks do not turn without pulling up on the handle, which wasn't an issue prior to their work. Very disappointed and would not recommend them. read more
