This is the best compounding pharmacy around. The customer service is exceptional! Gayane is amazing! She is kind, knowledgeable and very patient. It's evident she cares and wants to make sure you understand what your doctor is prescribing. I highly recommend. A wonderful place to do business. Thanks Arcade Lane for being for the best and treating your customers as your number one priority!!! read more

This pharmacy is AMAZING!!! It is a nice, friendly, and very clean environment. They provide great customer service. You are greeted immediately and served within minutes. Parking is also very convenient. The pharmacist really cares for your needs. She is very knowledgeable and knows all her products very well. I had really bad acne when I went to the pharmacy. The pharmacist recommended an acne masque treatment and moisturizing cream. I kid you not, it did magic! I noticed a huge difference within a day and my acne was all gone less than 4 days. My face looks amazing and feels so great to be acne free again! Most important, I am so blessed to find a pharmacist I can TRUST!!! read more

Scar no more! Update! After using two compound recommendations made by Gayane, facial scarring Is barely visible. Family/friends are amazed how well I healed, especially after post surgery complicatiins. Words can not begin to express my appreciation for Gayane's expertise and kind manner during this most difficult time. Highly recommend this wonderful pharmacy, especially if you have surgical scar concerns. read more

Great pharmacy. Low prices and very friendly staff. I get my dog's hydrocodone prescription filled here. It's much cheaper than buying it from my vet's office. They'll also cut tablets for a separate fee. Gayenne, the pharmacist owner, and her staff are awesome. Thanks Arcade Lane! read more

Excellent pharmacy! My amazing vet, Dr. Grote (see my review of his incredible skills), prescribed a specific type of antibiotic for my cat with FeLV. No other pharmacy had it, but Arcade Lane did. Not only that, but they were able to fill my prescription 20 minutes after I called them, since it was an urgent matter. They accommodated the needs of their customer and were happy to do it. How many pharmacies do that without bitching about it? I know I can count on A.L. to be there for me when I need it. Highly recommend this tiny pharmacy with BIG heart. read more

I had the pleasure of filling my cat's compound medication at this pharmacy. The pharmacist always came out to greet me. She even called me personally to remind me that it was time for a refill. When I told her that my cat had passed away so we no longer needed the medication refilled, the pharmacist gave her condolences. I felt that she really cared. I would not hesitate to return to this pharmacy in the future and I would recommend others to fill their medications here. read more

Giayne is a great pharmacist! She has a wealth of knowledge and is very caring to her patients. Can't ask more than that!

Although I don't typically write yelp reviews (I'm more of a yelp freeloader), Gayane did so right by me that I had to something to show my sincere appreciation. I found this pharmacy by recommendation from a health care practitioner because I needed a compounding pharmacy, which this is and most other pharmacies are not. The Rx was phoned in on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, and I went to pick up the medicine about 20 minutes after it was phoned in. The pharmacy didn't have enough of the ingredients in stock to make a full batch, so I was given a temporary supply to hold me over until the delivery of ingredients on Wednesday. On Wednesday, the delivery was late, and the pharmacy was closing early for the holiday. To make sure that I had the medicine that I needed, Gayane agreed to stay in the area and phone me after hours when it was ready, which she did. In other words, I completely agree with the other comments that the staff here pays attention to the needs of the patient and goes above and beyond to be informative and collaborative in providing service. It is a great place. read more

Our cat needed a prescription for a compounded methimazole medication. The previous two compounding pharmacies were either closed or not making the compounded methimazole medication any longer. We were referred to Arcade Lane Pharmacy who were very helpful and filled the prescription within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

Arcade Lane Compounding Pharmacy meets all my requirements. They are easy to access and - a little known fact - they have parking in the back if you can't find it on the street. They handle all complex and pseudo complex compounding scripts I bring them. They are price competitive with other compounding pharmacies and this may be important to you if you are on several products. The staff will expedite orders but that's usually not necessary because they fill very quickly under ordinary circumstances. Gayanne is really quite wonderful and has troubleshooted for me on a number of occasions, patiently and politely, and is extremely knowledgeable. She sets very clear expectations as to how and when a medication should be taken and if it is with food or not. I was ignorant enough to think those things don't matter that much for most of my life and as it turns out, they do! Make this your go to compounding pharmacy as this is one we definitely want to keep in our community. Thank you Gayanne and Staff!!! read more

*AMAZING!* THE BEST pharmacy EVER!! I have been using this pharmacy for over year now and they are KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXPEDIENT, and FRIENDLY. Recently, I had a travel emergency and required medication. Dr. Gayane and staff jumped through multiple hoops, making phone calls, driving all over town, etc. to ensure that my medication was overnighted immediately and on dry ice to prevent spoilage (the area I was in was over 106°). I was so impressed... What pharmacy does that? And, without complaining! It's obvious they really CARE about their customers. PRICELESS!! If you enjoy HIGH QUALITY and OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE ... then Arcade Lane Pharmacy is for you! read more

Gayanne is amazingly helpful (got my rx - compound done for our cat same day Friday afternoon)! She was super friendly along with the other staff working. She is always there to answer my questions with patience...it is a pleasure to go! Highly recommend this pharmacy...always parking out front too! read more

My first Five Star Yelp Review! The people at Arcade Lane Pharmacy are wonderful and professional. It is always a nice experience every time I have to go in. I am so glad the days of holding down my cat and forcing medicine down her are over! She gladly eats the chicken flavored medicine that they whip up here. Dealing with these folks is the easiest part of my cat's situation. read more

I was very impressed with this pharmacy. I found this place on google, and from the first phone call (of many) I only experienced excellent customer service. I was looking for a pharmacy to make rectal motrin for my toddler who had a fracture and was in pain but wouldn't take medicine orally. The pharmacist worked with me and my physician to come up with a solution (which ended up being marshmallow flavored oral motrin which i son loved. The pharmacist even called to follow up and see how he was doing. I would definitely use this pharmacy again and again!!!! read more

Arcade Lane Compounding Pharmacy is a high quality pharmacy. I regularly purchase a compounded medication for my cat here and each time I call in a renewal the medication is ready that day or no later than the next day. Also, the staff is very helpful and carefully reviews with you all the instructions associated with medications and is very patient when answering questions. If I needed medication for myself I'd get it here too! read more

I have worked with Gayane & her staff at Arcade Lane for several years. They are very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Gayane always takes the time needed to explain the medications prescribed and I have always been very pleased with the results of my visits to her pharmacy. Anyone who has questions or concerns regarding their prescriptions, should seek out Arcade Lane Compounding Pharmacy. They are the best. Excellent service, fair pricing and most importantly, the in depth knowledge one needs when talking about their prescription needs. Thank you Gayane & her wonderful staff. read more

some of the RUDEST people i've ever talked to in my life answer the phone. saying things that aren't productive or help in situations, just rude and with an attitude for no reason. don't go here unless you like being talked to like trash. 0 stars for this garbage place. read more

I rarely write reviews. This place has been the most wonderful find in Los Angeles and the surrounding area. I hate to say it but previous to them I was getting my cat's meds couriered from Rancho Park Compounding Pharmacy. There was ALWAYS an issue. Anyway, when I moved to Pasadena, I found this pharmacy. They not only have great service, they treat me like a neighbor, a patron, and friend. They are always concerned about my animal and are wonderful about making the medication. They make it with almond oil instead of water and it stays useable longer, and is better for my animal. I am mentioning this because other pharmacies make the medication expire faster so you have to refill it more. This place does this even though it may hurt the bottom line. They also SHIP which is amazing since I moved to Santa Barbara. I will continue to use them. Please do yourself a favor, call them, go in, they will help you with whatever you need. I couldn't give them a better recommendation. Thank you Arcade Lane---- YOU ARE THE BEST! read more

Great customer service at this pharmacy. I really prefer coming here compared to the bigger pharmacies.

I originally called Arcade Lane when I was searching for doctors that prescribed a specific medication. I spoke to Gayane and she patiently and thoughtfully gave me a list of doctors she would recommend. They have always been very patient if I feel the need to talk to them about a specific prescription or situation. I didn't realize how important having a great Pharmacist can be when it comes to taking charge and being an advocate for your own health. I always look forward to stopping in and gathering a bit more information each time I pick up my prescription. Thanks Arcade Lane! Thanks Gayane! read more

Very friendly and fast. When I needed medication for my pet right away they were there for me. There's not many compounding pharmacies and this one is the best!! read more

The beat compounding pharmacy for your needs! Very knowledgeable and professional, everyone there really makes you feel like they care about your health and getting your medications properly prepared timely. Highly recommend! Thanks arcade lane! read more

I can't say how knowledgeable and helpful the pharmacist there is. In addition to being knowledgeable, she really takes good care of her customers and gives them full attention. I came to her with a prescription that she did not have ready; and because I was traveling within one day, she started calling other pharmacies until we located one with the brand medicine. She spent at least one hour for the search. I am very grateful to her and if I were a resident of Pasadena would have this pharmacy as my main source for any medicine I may need. Thank you, Gayane! read more

Wonderful place to do business! Gayane is always accommodating and her staff is the best. I wouldn't look to go any place else.

I was having a problem with a compounding drug from another pharmacy. I called Arcade Lane and spoke with a pharmacist and told her about my problems and concerns. She went over my allergies, reactions to drugs I was taking . She told me she would call my doctor if needed and would transfer my scrip. I also told her I was having problems with my Thyroid meds and we discussed a compounding with a least sensitive filler. I was very very happy to have found them and I want to thank all the reviews on Yelp that lead me to them. read more

Friendly, attentive all female staff, who want to get everything right and will straighten out any confusion with your doctor's office directly. The main thing about this group is that they created a vaginal bio identical hormone cream that works 100% better than the one provided by the very large compounding pharmacy my prescribing doctor had recommended and always used -- the cream from the other compounding pharmacy did not stay in for even a minute - while lying down!! and I didn't realize it was something wrong with the compounding for two whole prescriptions - then I happened to notice this place so close and convenient and decided to try it, well, to my great surprise, the same prescription in the Arcade Lane formula stays put for hours! While I'm walking around -- go figure !! So I am not a chemist, but as an end user (!), I can say this is a great product they gave me ! Kindness and care come along with it.... read more

My cat was very sick and receiving steroids for IBD, and unfortunately, his medicine disappeared overnight and could not be found. We called arcade lane and they said they'd have it ready for us by tomorrow. However, when we explained his condition and that without his medicine he wasn't eating and was in pain, they did a rush job and prepared it for us within a few hours. Furthermore, when we picked up the medicine the pharmacist explained that usually for IBD the steroids are given extended release, while our vet had asked for them to be regular release. She informed us that we might want to talk to our vet and double check that they wanted the regular release. So all in all, arcade lane compounding pharmacy has knowledgeable and compassionate staff, and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a medicine compounded. read more

If I could give more stars I would. This is the BEST compounding pharmacy! They compound a special medicine for my cat and add chicken flavor for her. If I can't come in to pick up the prescription they mail it to me. They have the best customer service ever. If you are looking for a compounding pharmacy I highly recommend Arcade Lane. read more

It's difficult to find a business that offers both competence and great service. These guys offer all of the above! They're professional and friendly at the same time. I highly recommend Gayane and her staff. They're very easy to work with and go above and beyond to take care of their clients. We needed meds for a cat, but the service was no different. They are great!! Thank you for offering great service with a sense of humor! read more

After unsuccessful attempts with several other local compounding pharmacies, Arcade Lane Compounding Pharmacy was able to fill an Rx to treat the vertiginous symptoms of Meniere's Disease. This drug has literally given me my life back! Since starting the medication nearly four weeks ago, I have been symptom free. I am grateful to have found such a helpful resource within the Pasadena area. Gayane and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.
