This is my go to pharmacy through my dermatologist. I been using them for the last 10 years and never had an issue. I would just call the number when I need a refill and they will send out my prescription where I'll get it the next day. They were using a private delivery company before but know they are using UPS. If I'm out of refill then the pharmacist would send a request to my dermatologist to approve a refill. They also apply a coupon to help lower the cost as well. read more

Patience and tolerance are IMPERATIVE during this time of 'Rona and no one has more of it than I however, when you are running a business and have contracts with LA County of Public Health, you HAVE to be on top of it and that starts with great communication within your business. REVIEW: Empty promises to provide an in-home vaccine booster for my home bound mom. First time they came out a couple weeks ago, the pharmacist was so late and past his window of time, my mom got anxious and was unable to receive the shot due to her mental state. (she's 91yo) I called 2 days in a row this week, and the person who answered the phone assured me that I was to get a call back the same day. No call back. The third phone call, I was connected to the pharmacist who assured me he would make mom first priority by coming out today, Friday. NO SHOW, NO CALL and when I called the pharmacy, they were closed. Did he lie to me? EMPTY PROMISES in the time of a Covid crisis. If I find out they billed for the shot they never administered, there will be repercussions. Instead of making empty promises, the pharmacist could have told me that they don't have time and I would have found another injector to come out today. Wasted time. Not good practice. read more

Will contacted me about 30 minutes after I left the doctors office and was super nice over the phone; even if I was a little sick and cranky at the time, stuck in a supermarket 4 days before Christmas (maybe more than a little cranky). He gave me coupons for this outrageously expensive prescription making my copay $0 which was amazing, as well as getting my insurance to cover the majority of it. The best ever!! i was scared of needles but nicole and irene did a great job on making me relax and take the vaccine. Irene has a very light hand and I didn't even feel the needle as much . And nicole gave me the best support to not freak out . She gave me water and cookies after the shot. Hands down, the best customer service I've received from any pharmacy! My daughter has a severe case of eczema, and our prescription was faxed to Hope pharmacy. We received a phone call from the pharmacy as soon as we left the doctor's office. As insurance doesn't cover most non-steroid creams, or they are outrageously priced, Hope pharmacy offers hylatopic cream at an almost unbeatable price. When we didn't receive the results we were expecting, I called the pharmacy to cancel our monthly refill. I spoke to WILL. He was empathetic with us, because the cream didn't work, and offered an amazingly low price (more than half off of regular price) for an alternative cream that the doctor prescribed (just in case the hylatopic didn't work). And, he is honoring it for as long as it works. Thank you, Hope Pharmacy for helping lower the cost of my daughter's much needed cream! You are awesome! I would give 6 stars, if I could. read more

They don't deserve even a single star. I would not have my prescription done here ever again. They go through different manufacturers unexpectedly. So your medication may work the first time, but you may end up with a reaction from the refill. I found a pharmacy that is consistent all the time and happy. This pharmacy really does help their patients out and isn't just about the money! My Dr referred us here to get our medication because CVS was going to charge me $740 for medication our insurance didn't cover. With their coupon, my sons medication was only $35, and that includes shipping! (I would have driven here for that price from Garden Grove, but the free shipping was a major plus). One down side that wasn't their fault was that USPS didn't deliver to my PO Box correctly so I had to track down my order which was a hassle. The service every time you call is excellent.
