I've actually seen employees yelling at customers at this Burger king including us one time. Always a rude staff. Today young girl working the window (Friday, May 22nd, 2026 3:40 Pm). She asked us to pull forward to pay at the first window. Only two cars in front of us when we pulled up. We waited literally Five #5 minutes at the first window no one ever showed up even after all the other cars had left. We finally pulled up to the second window where she was just standing and handed us our food and chastised us for not waiting at the first window. I told her we waited several minutes and we got the "Eye roll". I also saw the guy behind us move us because no one came to take his money he went through the drive through same as us. When I suggested putting a sign in the first window that someone will be there eventually she has some smart butt reply. She also said the guy behind me was somehow different after I said he also left the first window. I literally saw a manager in tears at this location one day. Instead of a quick apology and thanks, two supervisors (already mentioned in other complaints) sarcastically asked if I wanted a job application so I could show them how to prepare the food. Worse, they pulled up my caller ID, stated my name, and even referenced how many points I had in their app--an invasion of privacy that customers should be aware of. After contacting corporate, the owner left one voicemail with no apology and no attempt to understand the concern. When I called back, I was told he is rarely at the store and didn't know when he'd return. I left a message asking for a call back--two weeks later, still no response. Corporate then informed me the store had closed the case as "resolved." There is something seriously wrong at this location. Like others have noted, I will be avoiding it going forward. If this is how they treat customers over the phone, I would not trust the food they are responsible for preparing.

I had to repeat this at least twice before the counter person got it. When we received the sandwiches, the ham and cheese was just dumped on one corner of the bread. On mine, all the condiments were at one end of the medium sandwich with enough lettuce for two other sandwiches. This is the first time that this poor of service occurred at this location. We did notice that the most mature person in attendance was maybe 20. Most of the staff had unruly long hair covered with a baseball cap and a person with a beard did not have a net covering the beard. we only saw one staff wearing gloves while handling food. If this is an example of the conduct and appearance of staff, you WILL be loosing business.
